Hello!! I am new here and had read so much from you all. Personally, i am very tempted to go to BKK to do my nose as well.Infact i want to do it asap.
Anyone keen to go together with me? pls drop me a note.

I thot of taking the services that the health aesthetics offer surgery done by dr preecha or either from Yanhee, dr sukit (so much recommendation by ocean 11 and the rest).

Still very confusing abt it. I have not done any consulation with any doctors yet.So also thinking do it in SIN or BKK??

Any comments or advise?

Ocean 11..you are sooo funny. I had a great time reading your posts. As for Jovinliu, I know exactly how you felt. I had the exact same bad experience myself. Good thing is that you are doing so well now and you should really be proud of yourself

Can anyone let me know what is the difference between an L shape silicon compared to a straight silicon? I think Ocean 11s' straight whilst Jovinliu has an L shape.

Both of you also mentioned that your noses are very natural...that means its only a slight change? Like Jovinliu, I also wish to have it higher...but not sure if its suitable. How did the both of you know what height and nose shape suits you best?

How would you decribe your side profile? straight or curve like where the top slopes downward and the tip is higher than the middle part of the nose. Hope you get my description!!

Jovinliu, you mentioned that you did the face botox to slim your jawline. I read your reply to Anthony. But I would like to know more about it. Where was it injected and any pain or swelling? Any known side effects. I read somewhere that there is a new type of injection called the aquamed or something and its supposedly better than botox. Do you know anything about it?

As for cheeks...anyone have any experiences here..would appreciate if you can share.

And lastly, have anyone heard much about Dr Greehart and Dr. Preecha?

Ocean 11....so Dr. Sukit is really nice, warm and most importantly, he's skillful and maybe...artistic? How did you decide on Dr S when Dr G is also from the same hospital?

Yup, i think mine is straight whereas Jovin is L shape..don know what is the diff thou, but the effect should be the same.

it really natural, as i metioned, some of my friends can't tell i did up my nose, they just find something change but can't pin point til i told them.
Definately some changes on ur face and profile, but just too natural that u have to really take closes look.. and those that knew u many years, maybe they can see the diff from side view. It good to be natural thou..

Hmm.. how to decribe side profile... hard one... hmm.., wait.. let me look at the mirror again.. awww..so nice!! hahahaha....
ok ok, it more like straight down, slope downward naturally and coincide with tip. but it also very much depend or ur tip as well, whether do u need to reduction ur nasal tip, cos some of them the tip is big so it need another operation to reduce it. Why don u send a photo like Astar get advise first?

Why i choose Dr Sukit?? yi ni mi ni min ni mo lor.. hehehe.. kidding.. i read thru the whole thread here like u and my Parent in law stayed in BKK for 2 years and heard so much about this Yan Hee as well, so i just try my luck lor.. Ya, Dr Sukit is really friendly, warm and experience.. 10 mins finished the op, and he will tell u wat best for u. He told me that i just need abit of heigh will do, cos my nose tip small so if it too high, it doesn't compliment my face anymore.

I believe that it's not because i did in Taipei so mine is L shape, or because ocean11 did in BKK so her's is I shape. The implant comes in shapes and sizes, and they have L shape and I shape no matter what material. My nose was small like a button mushroom before, and mine was a L shape so that i have a bridge and my nose tip will appear lower hence nostril appears smaller.

Yes, people mentioned that our noses (mine and ocean11's) is very naturally done. If i am to be honest, yes it's not a dramatic change but this change is big enough to make you look different. Just like hairstylists, everyone cuts hair. But why do you think some hairstylists cut nicer hairstyle but some don't? It depends on how that person sees or define beauty. If ultra height nose bridge is what the Plastic Surgeon thinks is beautiful, then this is what you are going to get. It's better to ask for the recommendation from the surgeon who is going to do your nose.

About botox to slim jawline, it's injected directly into your jaw muscles. Nope, no pain no swell, perfectly normal. Oh yes, during injection it may hurt a little but definitely it is bearable. Side effects? You may experience weak biting for the first 2 days or so, but will be normal again. It will take 2 to 3 months to see the full effect. What i had injected is mesobotox, said to be better than botox to slim jawline. But you have to remember that this is not permanent and you have to re-do every 1 year or so. Another way is to go through operation to reduce your jaw muscles, but i find it too traumatic hence i am happier to go for botox eventhough it requires repeated treatments.

As for cheeks, you mean you want to do cheek implant or cheek reduction?

Well, i did mine in mid july and early august this year. The first time i went to visit this young doc at paragon. (a fren refer me to him) he seems really nice and friendly but after a few visits, he is actually a impaitent guy and he dun really listen to what the paitent wants. So quite disappointed lor. I spent $1300 on the filler for the nose for a higher bridge. It looked damm nice straight aft the injection but after a few days..it seems pretty normal and eventually, a few weeks later...it subsides. So i went back to the doctor again and ask him, he say it is like this.. and i need to top up the filler. I did it for another 2 times (paying about hundred plus extra). I also did the botox for jaw reduction. Paid $1300.my jawline seems smaller but it dun make a obvious difference.

After all these..i realise that i did spent too much $ on this doctor and yet my results are like this only.I was very disappointed so now i decided to go for the permanent thing instead.

Yeah I heard about the operation to reduce jawline. Sounds scary. I think I would also rather opt for the injection just like you. But is the difference good enough? Mine is not so much of the jawline but think I have a chubby and fat face how sad...I'm not fat but all my fats seen to be concentrated on my face....hope to slim it ....a lot.

i was asking about cheek enhancement. not sure I should go for it cos I have a little bit of cheekbone already but ....you know lah...vain....

I am one of the victim too. He is very proud and arrogrant. When I comlpained about the lump to him, he just treated the areas with mesotheraphy. I had to paid for it. At one time, he even commented I was greedy because I pointed to him another lump which I felt it should be fixed. If I went to the extend of gettin lipo done of course I do not wish to have many lumps on any of the area.

Sad to hear that you spent so much yet didn't attain the result you want. Wah you spent $1300 on your jawline ah? I did mine in JB, spent $650. Actually, what i suggest and i believe ocean11 agrees with me, is that you should really go for rhinoplasty and forget about the injection. The rhinoplasty is really, really not as scary as it seems to be, and trust us, you don't feel a thing. You pay US$450 (if you do in bangkok), and you get the result for life.

The contact of the PS who did my nose in Taipei: +886228753036, Xu(2) Yong(3) Kang(1) Plastic Surgery Clinic. He is one of the nicest PS I've consulted so far. Had consulted 2 before him, one makes me feel I am an alien because he suggested cheek reduction lah, eyelid lah blah blah blah, i was wondering do i really look that bad?! The other one was ok, but his clinic will be closed for renovation for 1.5months. Anyway, i quite happy with this PS call Xu(2) Yong(3) Kang(1). Feels as if talking to a father when consulting him... hee hee.
