May I know if you meant that you flew to Taipei for consultation with Dr. Chuang only and came back to SG?
If that is the case, did you email him prior making the trip? If yes, how long did he take to reply?
As I haven't done any rhino yet, I'm afraid I'm in no position to suggest sillicon or autologus might be a better choice for you. However, after much research, I feel that autologus is much a better option should you have already an unpleasant experience with a foreign implant. Dr. Hsu was recommending it to my friend who recently went for a 2nd revision for silicon implant, as it was moving from left-right.
