hello84 wrote:sorry everyone maybe my explaination is not clear.. what i mean by i have no bone on my nasal septum and fracture bridge is becosz when i am 17 years old, i was kick by my teammate (anyway i am a taekwondo player) my nose bridge was crook to the left and my nasal was to the right... that time i was young i dunnoe anything abt nose surgery so i consult a ent doctor in singapore at first i tot he will push it back and help my breathing problem.. but the end it only helping to have a better breathing and my bridge was still crook.. so after 6 mth i intend to find a plastic surgeon in singapore to solve my problem.. he insert the implant and shave away my bridge more to left side.. the result at first is still ok.. i am not looking for those high bridge and nice bridge just a normal nose tat suit me.. but sad to say when i am still in army for the first 3 mth. the implant is like going to extrute and i can feel the pain.. so i intend to find back my last time surgeon who insert the implant for me to take out the implant.. i was so sad to heard tat he say he dunnoe who i am or maybe he just wan to push his blame out... he told my parent the implant is going to extrute is becosz the implant is too long for me and i asking for a longer nose.. i was like if the implant was too long how cum in the first place you insert the size for me.. he should discuss with me in the first place first... So all along i have a damage nose due to the implant and the implact of the kick... after i finish my NS i was like thinking of doing my flat nose again.. but i dun wish to use any implant becosz is quite dangerous veri easyt to extrute and will leave scar tissue in your nose just like me.. so i intend to go for alarplasty just to make my nose nicer abit without any implant.. but i was totally wrong!!! is still the same and worst thing is tat got 2 keoid scar at the side of my alar groove.. the doctor who did my alar assume tat i touch water.. but the problem is tat i did not i follow the instrution... if i not wrong i think is becosz of his stiching.. he stich only 4 - 5 time not probably sitch..
Hi dude ...

Glad you managed to write so much inspite of your discomfort as explained earlier privately. Am sure it will all be worth it, now fingers crossed and have fun (well... try to think about the nurse?? LOL) Hope you feel better now without the nausea! (Poor you !!)

I do share your sentiments, the first few days are totally messed up, not knowing what is to happen and CAN`T face the world !! I hit town on the third day with FULL gear on (of course) .... can`t sit still !!! Am sure you`ll do much better and with Dr. Hsu around, you should be in good hands. Glad he is as amicable as he presents - good for you!

Keep your head elevated at most times including rest as this helps to reduce swelling significantly (cold/hot packs are for kids.... unless you soak your whole nose inside an ice tub!! LOL).... AND time is the best time to de-swell. The degree and duration of swelling also depend on the skills of the surgeon and this I can attest.

Take care !

Is that normal or abnormal???? HELP~!
Hi appletree, I could also feel the implant in my nose and could shift it from left to right using my fingers! And my nose appear to me leaning towards the right (very obvious in pictures) but cant really see in person. I have not seen a P.S yet, right now I've other concerns.. But I'll definitely need a revision in future :(

I've juz try out 1 session of Pixel wiz Dr BC Ng 3days ago, i was told that this treatment can helps to lighten stretchmark & tighten skin on my tummy, but it will need about at least 6 session.

Anyone out there try this treatment before? care to share? Coz really hate my stretchmark on my tummy, and juz wondering should i continue the session coz is very X leh. Scare tat no significant result
Hi Jang, my mom just did her first session of Pixel on the face with Dr. BC Ng today. I don't know if the facial treatment is similar to tummy but will update you with the results! Also, I just did my first RF treatment for my dark circles with him today.. I asked bout the Vitc and he told me its 300 per session for the whole body drip. Do you know if the rest of the clinics are also doing the whole body or just the face? I've called another clinic and they told me its 150 per session but I'll have to do twice a week, which adds to like 1.2k a month! :o Dr. BC Ng told me a different thing, his was 300 per session and he says for my age, I'll only need to do MOST once a month! Thats so different. I dont know who should I believe?? I dont know which will produce better results, does anyone have similar experience to advise?? thanks!

i have a question which may sound stupid but can we use an ultrasonic massager over the area of the implant? lets say i did a nose job and have a silicone implant over the bridge of my nose.. can i use an ultrasonic massager over it? cos it seems that many beauty salons use this procedure and my aunt has also bought me one such massager after watching some taiwan variety show which claims that this massager is amazing for the skin.. so i'm wondering if the massager will cause adverse effects on the implant both short term and long term.. does anyone know? cos i tried looking for answers online but to no avail. thanks!

hey, i'm looking for some advice on the eye surgery. i'm looking forward to do double eyelid surgery. at the same time, i'm contemplating epi. actuali i wanna go for a high crease. but i heard dat epi lower down the eyelid. i though of doing the double eyelid first and do the epi some other time. cuz i plan to do epi when i go for nose implants. but im scared the epi i do later will lower down the eyelid im doing now. then again, i heard dat if i'm going for nose implants, i wouldnt have to go for epi. i don't know and really confuse. anyone can offer any advice?

actuali, i want to do my eyelid surgery now with local doctor and epi/nose implant with dr chuang or any taiwan docs later.

i wanna go for a high crease, so should i do epi in future with the nose implant which lowers down the eyelid or do the epi before doing the eyelid surgery now? im very confused. :(

hope someone could offer an opinion. thanks in advance. :)

Double Eyelid Revision in Korea

I can't read Korean but I would like to have my eyelid revision done in Korea as they apparently have the best plastic surgeons around. Any recommendation on who is a good plastic surgeon for double eyelid revision? Also any bad experiences with eyelid revision in Korea by which surgeon/clinic would be good to know too - so I can avoid them=).

Thanks!!

hello.. i am fine.. if you wan to see my picture after surgery maybe you can seen it at dr hsu website... but i tink maybe few week or mth my picture will be shown but i think will be cover my eye.. ya.. in singapore seldom have ppl go for 100% autologous... i dun like the feeling of silicon or gortex as it look fake.. maybe others will not able to see.. but will be notice by those ppl who themself also got the stick.. anyway for my case if i use those implant i think will be more worst.. because my nose got too many scar.. will make it worst if i insert implant
