what is the main difference(touch wise) between sillicon. goretex and this new bone like material?
cos from what i observe, the chin is normally not very hard, in fact it's qite soft. you can feel the bone inside but it's a lot softer than say the nose?
how does your's feels like and how did he insert it? and where is the placement?
Silicone and Gortex feel and look the same although the former might be alittle softer and easier to shape. Mephor is really a substitute for bone and it allows our own tissues to grow into and around it so very much safe and natural prevents displacement etc. Its particularly good for those who wish a defined chin expecially in a man or those who has "no" chin receding ones.
The implant is inserted under your lips inside your mouth small pocket OR via incision underneath the chin where there is visible scarring of course. I dun wana deal with silicone anymore... its terrible to have a silicone face !!! LOL Best to use your own tissues, bone or cartilage etc.
Where do you think this Harisu - the Korean transvesite did all her surgeries (chest, nose, eye, chin, jaw, body) ?? Sappo in Taiwan cos they have a clip about her visiting the clinic!!! Gosh "she" is gorgeous!!!
