Is the direct translation of that herb "centipede grass?? Also is it helping your swelling?
Am afraid not. It is made of Moschus, calculus bovis (expensive), Radixx Notoginseng and Fel Serpentis. (doesnt make sense to most).

Yes, it has strong anti swelling properties - best to take it before any operation. No harm trying if anything to gain.

Cheers

his rhinoplasty is 1200 n same price for filler!
he gave me some discount though
btw he does loads of ops nose implant!

yes man! of cos lumpy bridge is a big no no!
after my previuos episode with a very famous doctor i dont know why i m taking this risk again tis time on my nose haizz

but isnt aquamid and longer lasting material have less of this problem although aquamid is v tricky to inject..mean longer and more pain
usually the maker will also recommend on the site of injection and depth to maximise positive results

have u decided on the material?

are you serious!?!?!?

why is the rhinoplasty so cheap?
what kinda implants does he use?

hi candall and those interested in non-invasive facial treatment,

sorry, not trying to upped you or anything...just for info sake, i hv been going to astique medical (ngee ann city 5th flr tel: 6732 3801) since some yrs.

my doc is dr chee whom i hv been a patient for some yrs now. pay a package of 1500 plus gst for 5 + 1 treatments of

CO2 Ablative Laser
Light Treatments (Nd Yag, Cool Touch, IPL)
Ionophoresis Treatment (Vit C)

i usually choose Nd Yag for skin toning n as a regular treatment to give my skin the healthy redness which my inherent freckled/pigmented tan skin did not hv. i oso use ipl whenever i hv a function coming. tried Ionophoresis Treatment for hydration.

i dun use cooltouch as it treats more for acne skin and skins with scars etc.

they used to be in specialist center and many old generation tai tais from Singapore, m'sia n indo know the pioneer doc -Dr. Goh. i go to dr chee.

i tried a series treatment of titan which is charged at 5 treatments for 2500 plus gst for me. it works wonder to tighten my fleshy skin.

oso did thermage at 8000 for full face incl eye with a celebrity skin doc at special rate.

except for 1 time treatment of thermage, i usually go for a series of same treatment to treat specific problem, spacing ea treamtent over 1-2 weeks tot 5-6 time to achieve max. results. it worked to remove my childhood freckles and even out my patchy skin tone (ND Yag), and for Titan (it tightens! :-) ) to give my skin constant glow i wld do alternative treatment of IPL with ND Yag. i use prescribed cream from astique to maintain the glow.

once target is achieve, i hv been maintaining with ND Yag every 3-5 weeks interval.

i hv been told by both my skin docs to do layering treatment esp. since i m above 35, was/am a smoker and has a highly stressed job with plenty of travel. for pple who want to delay surgical face lift layering is oso req and works.

how to do layering?

1st, dump the counter facial creams. i tried Le Mer, La Paire etc etc except for hydrating effect (which a light cream will do)... they still pale beside the prescribed cream from my doc.

2ndly, do:
CO2 Ablative Laser,
Light Treatments (Nd Yag, Cool Touch, IPL) or
Ionophoresis Treatment (Vit C) treatments

every 3-5 weeks interval. they penatrate deeper than prescribed cream. good to alternate these treatment as they may hv overlap effects but typically will yield more in one type of results than other (e.g. skin tone - ND Yag, reduction of pigmentation IPL or make pores become smaller - CoolTouch etc.) ask the doc to observe yr skin n apply the appropriate treatment ea time. i personally like ND Yag for overall tone n healthier looking skin.

3rdly, do yearly series treatments of Titan or biannual Thermage to tighten and generate collagen for your face and eyes. These treatments penatrate the deepest for non-invasive treatments. for Thermage, those will loose, thin and sagging skin shld avoid cos usually the effect is minimal. works best (and better than Titan) for ppl with fleshy heavier skin to make it taut and youthful. Titan works at slight lower level of penatration than Thermage.

.....

phew! if anyone wants to try astique, PLEASE note i think above r special rates for me. tho i got same for some frens. if you call n cannot rcv such rates, pls pm me, i'll call dr chee and see what can be arranged - but NO guarantee.

cheers,

I've done my vaser lipo on my tummy, flank and arms, in total cost me $7K and the procedure was done in his clinic.
I don't think he got e-mail address for online consultation, I'm going to see him tomorrow I'll ask him ok :)

He charge $3k per area, and if you do more areas will be much more cheaper.

May I know which area you would like to do? If you go for consultation, you can request him to show you my B4 & after pix.
wah! 3k per area..ok larh..i mean quite average the price, but rhino really damn cheap! but how abt the results? tht one more impt..haha..i intend to do neck? and maybe abdomen?
Hi takuda,
I'm happy with my result.
As for neck, i don't think vaser can be done on this area. Should be Smartlipo le

hi DMN

thanks for the details! so nice of u :)

hey i DONT have acne or scars lah

i have been told tat i m nt due for RF such as thermage
cooltouch can give a lifting and brightening effect if i want to look fresh
was told exactly the same when i see 3 diff drs
yup cooltouch is indeed created for scars
i used to like ND yag but have u tried cooltouch?
i think it is better than yag for my case

Dr bc ng have been using a series of equipments depending on the patient condition he see tat day, sometimes up to 3 for my frenz case
e.g dermabrasion, yag + IPL..in one single session
this is something he is very proud of haha!
he is one of few pioneers then
