i do know that typically lasers tat tightens also cos volume shrinkage and water loss so as to achived less puffy face hmmm

but i have no personal experience with fat
i had perlane injected in eye cheek region by a famous doctor plus botox paid 3.5k!
but after 4 years a small lump still there cant see but can feel

I had fat injected under my eyes and I don't like it. It is lumpy even after many many months!

I did lower bleph (eye bags) last year and now there is slight hollowness on lower lids. I've been considering fat injection to fill up my lower eyelid hollowness. Was this the same reason for you? I was concern about lumpiness as well.
I wonder which is worse, the hollowness or lumpiness, what say you?

I did it for hollowness which also worsened the dark undereyes. The thing is I got very poor results from it and some get excellent results from it. As it is now, I prefer the hollowness to the lumpiness

It's really tough making a decision, I've been thinking about this for a few months now. It seems hard to predict the results until we do it and it varies from person to person. If for eg. by statistics 80-90% get good satisfactory results, if us being in the 10-20%, that's such a lousy feeling!

Was your lower eyelid lumpiness immediate after the fat injection, next few days? Or the lumps developed gradually in the next few weeks or something?

Are the lumps big like red beans or rice grain size? Do people around you notice it? Can it be covered by makeup?

My Dr told me about harvesting the fat from my abdomen, process and inject it into my lower lids. Was this the same thing your Dr did?

Did your Dr say if anything else can be done to correct the lumps? How permenant might the lumps be, will it gradually smoothen out? I read you had it done 7 months ago, has it improved?

Hey Astrogirl, I agree with what you said about the unpredictability of results in some individuals. I guess I am in the unfortunate 10% here. This was what I was MOST afraid of and the doctor reassured me that it WILL NOT HAPPEN because of the technique he uses.

The lumpiness started about 10 days post fat injections. At the one week mark it looked GREAT especially with the minor swelling. It looked AWFUL from 10 days to 6 weeks! EVeryone was starring at me and commenting on my eyes asking me what happened to them. Initially they were hard long lines which later broke up to round lumps. I was asked to massage them all the time. After frantic massaging every other minute and 7 months later they stand out less. However, the bathroom mirror is a nightmare- the lumps are quite visible. In some lighting it looks okay but in most natural and white light it shows. I regret my outcome but what to do.

Yeah, they took fat from my abdomen. The doctor said I might have to do another surgery to remove the lumps. I went to 6 different doctors and none of them wanted to touch me. They told me that having them removed would leave bigger incision scars and possibility of asymmetry etc.

I ventured into this after 2 years of research and consults with several different doctors. I spent a huge amount on this.

I think with time it has improved very gradually. I have a feeling that I have scars from the injected site aside from the fat which makes it so obvious.

Anyway, I have friends who underwent this very same surgery and their outcomes turned out great.

Hi girl, you mentioned that this doctor is good in laser? Can he treat dark eye rings condition? I've been going for lasers(IPL, vein laser,fillers) with Dr.MH, fifth treatment and I don't really see any improvement. Probably my condition is hopeless?!?! I'm thinking of going for a consultation with another doctor... do you recommend him?

Anyway, does cooltouch give you a brighter fairer skin?? Is it permanent or do we need a couple of treatments? How much is it? I figured my complexion need to be done something!! My complexion is dull and I'm sick of having to wear make up whereever I go...

I've juz done my VaserLipo wiz him 1month ago, very satisfied wiz the result
When was the last time you visited his clinic? Are you inform that he had moved to Gold Hill Plaza #01-29. I'll be seeing him this tuesday or thursday, he juz call me 2days ago telling me that got new machine coming in, asking me to go down and try.

I know that he do nose implant in his clinic and his charging quite low.
Have you done any other procedure wiz him before?

i cant do ops implant cos i juz cant find the time
the cost of temp implant and the real ops make making decisions harder right?

he told me mine can last 2-3 yrs leh..it is Matridex
this is used by many famous doctors also
he also uses Aquamid ,last 10 years
and he also said another one from the same Aquamid maker about 5 years

after the injection, the 3 clinic assistant n my sister said i look fresher and face slimmer,my sister v jealous cos she said now my nose is higher than hers...i really love instant happiness ahaha

but iread tat if u like define sharp nose than filler might nt be ur answer..
