Yeah I have sensitive skin too but its supposed to be for all skin types as long as the incision has fully healed......

No harm giving it a shot before you try more costly types of therapy from doctors.....

Good luck everyone with your healing, unfortunately I do not know anything about nose jobs, so I can't really give much advice on that. But I gues with nose changing has to do with fluid retention???

Shiyun and candall, thank you very much for your help, I really appreciate it. Good luck to you guys.

candall you said that sometimes doctors pay their way up to certification? eeks that's scary. I'm pretty certain you can't do that in the US, less transparency in US in general. So how can you tell who paid and who worked their way up?

Regarding your ex-colleague, does she mean professor plastic surgeons in china or in any asian country are more qualified than other plastic surgeons?

Unfortunately, I do not know if the clinics speak english, the two clinics that I mentioned I think they speak at most a little english, maybe they have translators.....oi, this could be a problem.....

Hi Jang, Really, BK bought Dong Yang?? I've been trying to find a website for Dong Yang clinic, does anyone know if they have one and if they speak english or chinese?

Thank you so much!
Best regards,
i's :)

hi curiuos,

Dr Ng he's a asethetic doctor, not a plastic surgeon. If you would like to know more juz contact his clinic for more info.
I've not seen any result regarding nose implant from him, so no comment on that.

Hi Who, Foubelle, Hannah and Ocean, thanks for all of your kind replies.

Well, I did silicone with Dr. Chuang.

Actually I met up with two friends, one of them was the second time he saw me, the first time was before my surgery and the second was one month post-op. He could not tell the difference, he said I looked prettier. The friend who could pin-point I definitely had something done with my nose was an ex that I just broke up with 3 months ago. He was very straightfoward and I felt very affected that he could tell it. I could also tell he felt disgusted cus he thinks I'm weird (to him, normal people wouldn't go for plastic surgery). I'm afraid it's very unnatural, thats why he could tell. The bridge is definitely too high and I'm praying and hoping it will go down day after day.

Is anyone also facing the same problem of having a bridge that is too high after one month? Will silicone or goretex decrease in height slower?  I wanted something more natural.... :???:

Hmm I'm curious, if someone could tell you'd something done to your nose.. and the person is not a very good friend of yours, probably just a normal friend (or even an ex in my case) , would you openly admit it?

I felt very embarressed even though I did hestitate to say bravely admit it. I didn't in the end and felt like a liar. :(

hey kalyn,

If someone were to ask me that, I wouldnt tell.
For me, the aim is to make you prettier but at the same time not to openly tell the whole world that u just underwent surgery.

And as for the guy who feels disgusted with you, I think that you shouldnt bother too much abt what he thinks since you alr broke up wif him 3 mnths ago. :)

Hi Kalyn,

Dun worry, seems everyone who went thru Rhinoplasty said it will go down. Pple like us juz need some patience. I am 17 days post op and still on biz trip. On first few days due to 30 hrs door-to-door travel, my face swelled even more.... When I landed none of my colleagues commented badly abt my face esp. when I said I developed allergy. They juz baby-sit me more. :P

Today 5th day in S. America, my face and nose have reduced swell and in fact has reduced more than before my trip....thus I am confident it will de-swell further and my nose will become smaller.

My bridge to me is also too high despite the lift is only 3mm (goretex with Dr. Jung). Think mostly to do with post-op swell. But will be patient cos it should go down. Looking forward to the full recovery.

Just relax and ignore negative comments. Emotional management is probably very important to speed up healing.

cheers,
dmn

kalyn,

Since you dated him, it's not surprising that he noticed. Also, the other person said you were prettier.

Try not to worry about it.
:)
We all worry... but as more months pass by, the prettier it becomes! :)

Hi, thanks everyone for the kind reassurance. It seems like I've no one to tell my worries to beside you girls here. Friends who don't do PS will never understand what I'm going through. Whenever I try telling my mom, she will only shove it off saying I should just stay at home everyday. I'm trying to cope my worries well, I'm hoping to look better after my surgery, so as I got more luck whereever I go. I don't know if it was my unrealistic expectations, I don't feel better after spending the money and pain to reach where I am today. Perhaps I'm still recovering and I should be patient. I will only pray for the best. But I guess I also learn a valuable lesson, that we should always keep a realistic expectation, cus if the result after PS is not what we want, it's easily to fall into a depression.

All the best to everyone who's recovering. DMN, you're really brave! Hope you have a very speedy recovery!

Hi kalyn, have pmed u on this.. :)

Only my very close frens whom I can trust ones know abt my ps. Ppl that r not close like colleagues, aquaintances, hi-bye frens, relatives (not close ones), I will deny as I dun feel obliged to tell them. If they talk, (confirm will behind ur back) let them be. Like my gf say, admit oso die, deny oso die... so u decide
But watever u decide, be firm with wat u say & stick with it so there is no chance for ppl to doubt ur words

hI FOREBELLE

FACIAL CONTOURING

I Dr.Doo Byung Yang/jelimp -can not find b4/after pics in Jelim website and he never reply from my e mail-question.

2.Dr.Kim Byung Gun/BK clinic-so expensive,it 120000 usd equal 500000 baht..I brave to pay if surgeon expert and good take care but post op care gossips in BK is not good…Also, I ‘m not sure who facial bone surgeon at BK.I asked Dr.Kim by e-mail but he didn’t advise specific surgeon name…How can I check surgeon background?

3.Dr.Park at Clinic9-I only saw his jaw shaving but no cheekbone shaving in website. Also, he didn’t reply my e-mail.

4.Dr.Chuang/wishclinic-I supposed that his operation cost may be cheaper than Korean doc. But, I think that he practiced facial shaving with BK and Jelimp, teacher is always expert more than student.Isn’t it?

5.Dr.Kim Jeong Hyun /magicclinic-I only find his essay about facial bone contouring .It’s seem to be reasonal but I never heard recommended from guys.

I tried to ask some Korean friend in MSN but no one know about this. In fact, Thailand is well renown PS only eye /nose /sex change etc. But, facial bone,. Korean surgeon is best for face bone.My research is not enough to deside
