chin implant also inside. inside the mouth.
if u look into mirror, and pull ur lip down, u can see where ur flesh meets the gum?

they will make the incision there and insert the implant from there then sew back. chin implants can be done either internal or external.

internal good thing of course is cannot see scar, but hor, becos of food u eat, saliva etc, u must take be very careful. must watch what u eat then brush regularly, use mouth wash regularly until wound completely heal.

like a typical guy, i totally heck care, sometimes forgot my antibiotics also... in the end, kena infection. the tiny wound swell up and even swell SIDEWAYS! in the end, looks like a huge fat bloody leech sitting inside my mouth! my frens were all grossed out... had to go GP for antibiotics to remove infection...

chin implant also painful after anaesthetic wore off... but in the end i was most satisfied with my chin implant cos make my face look slimmer, more defined from front view...

now need to do my jaw implants so i look more defined from side view! haha

im wondering How’s your chin condition now? Is it wound healing nicely? Please take really careful of it since you have internal incision. dont till u got fever ok.

Yup, i clever hor?!!? *proud* You mentioned before (think is you) that Dr Chuang tends to be conservative, and i understand that because in Taiwan, people wants to improve their looks but do not want people to know they did something.... it's like... "i think you did something, you look better, but i cannot pinpoint where exactly..." In order to avoid miscommunication and disappointment, i brought a pic to show him. At least he knows what kind of looks i prefer. It really helps, because i told him i like eurasian look, and i showed him the pic... he studied it for 10 seconds and told me he can do it 80-90% similar... muahahaha..... don't know true or not lah, because i look like shit now... hee hee... but i prefer to look non-chinese

Dr Chuang recommends 2 more surgery for me, chin implant and what you are looking at, that's bone shaving. In fact, it's bone cutting for me. He will open up from inside the mouth, cut the bone to make it smaller (he did mention that shaving don't really help me).... definitely i will swell like a pig head for 2 weeks! If you ask if it hurt alot...... honestly, what do you think?! A actress in Taiwan who did numerous surgeries once mentioned that amongst all the surgeries she did, bone shaving hurt the most!

As a plastic surgery addict (yes i admit, and proud of it!), these 2 surgeries sounds tempting, but as of now, i don't think i want to do it. My cheekbone is not ridicuolously protruding, i can actually change my hairstyle, long fringe to cover the side. As for chin, doctor also mentioned my implant will be just a little bit to make it sharper, but the little bit is like so small i don't think i want to go through the effort.

My bf already complain "nose cannot touch, face cannot touch, you don't do chin hor! wait chin also cannot pinch cannot touch, you might as well wear that Hannibal Hector's mask!"

I remembered in my digital morph ( beft/aft) that I designed myself ,I made my lateral cheek contour face more narrower than the before. And I thought it could be achieveble by face 'aggresive' liposuction alone. Cause when I touch my lateral cheek area, it feels more 'fleshy' than 'boney'. Dr.C said it can help, but it wont really perfect as like my after morphing. Then he suggest me the cheekbone shaving as he said the result will be perfectly narrower ,but still defined and chiseled (which is I want).
What holds me back is when knowing the price is 200,000NT !! I already overbudget lor! after long consideration ,I agree to leave it and try lipo first as he said.
Moreover I dont think I'm strong enough to accept an aggresive procedure again! and, its true! Even my forehead procedure alone, it feels like my body want to die!?!
God, if I remembered what it feels like ,..Pain of my head over days over midnights, +pain of my nose, +pain of my chin, my cheeks,...my unbalanced emotional after 10hrs general anasthesy,...my constricting bandages in my head..its all made me cannot sleep for days...cant eat (except drink)..cant walk too far..
Even Ive cried in phone to my friend from international calls for hours (I knew it was ashame) and even I came to clinic in middle of night when everybody already going home included Dr.C and clinics is already closed but I keep ringing and ringing the bel door till Ms.Huang opened it( just she's the only one person at the clinic- you know, the short hair ones- ex china attendant) and I start to panicking and crying to her.. ,keep complain bout feel the pain,.. the result... everything is mixed at my head at that time..

Now, when I flash back, With what I received now from all the surgery ive done,..starting my life as a new, improved me...my work.. even my love life. hehe.. I'm proud that I can such so strong at that time and glad can make it till now,..compared with all the cost I must paid for my surgeries, plus my extremely pain - suffering - dying- and cry at that time. its nothing, nothing at all compared with this my lifetime achievement in myself. Its really a great payoff!
Yes I knew every passion has its price,.. and Im glad Im through all of this.

Sory, I should never sharing about this my crying before and now I feel like such a lame telling this my embarrassed crying scene at this 4.45am

If you are talking about cheekbone (the area under and at the side of your eyes, near your temple), nothing, not even botox can reduce it, except bone shaving. If you are talking about jawline, yes botox can help.

Hey guys ! I would like to know has anyone of you had been injecting botox or do some shaving to REDUCE you CHEEKBOES??

Cuz i had a high and quite a big cheekbones dat i dun really like... BUT I'm really scared of the shaving.. as i heard from my fren, the skin will be cut so dat d bones can be shaved easily ! I'm so afraid of scars ! and afraid it will take a very long period to recover !

anyway i saw some of the patients reduce their cheekbones can be reduced by botox.. is that true??

yeah what jovin said is correct. i did it with botox before, ard last year june or july before i research alot on PS, but botox didnt work for my cheek bone.
hardly any difference. lucky i did it on promo price of 500 at tanteoh clinic. doc say no much diff but i head itchy just proceed. end up 500 poorer..

after doing some research, i know my cheek can be solved with either bone shaving or cutting but it will be ex! however i also know nose job can help alter my cheek, chin and eyes abit so will leave it 1st and see the final changes on my cheek post Rhino before deciding any job.

No return already, 1 eye big 1 eye small!

I'm not frightening you, and i believe the is ppl out there who also been throught.
Since you been considering to have your procedure done in korea I would say that will be a better choice.
