That picture of Ayumi that you posted is very parallel.

But, you can tell because there are two folds there that it used to be tapered. The bottom fold is much closer to the corner of her eye...

bout ayu, yeah like who said, her first should be tapered ,you can see the ex-tapered line . and then she got more parallel after it. in that picture you can see it makes multiple creases of her eyes but still beautful.
but Beside that she also got some kind like filler or fat transfer to her eyebrow succus pad . I believe she want to create her face looks more mixed at first. but without add implant in forehead. it just fill in her eyebrow pad.
Maybe you won't recognized how much important bout this. but its play a big role too . as an asian face, If you want have a bigger eyelid and bigger eye is not possible by have a dramatic blepharoplasty or eyelid, if you do it ,then you will get much worse eyes, all that happens is you take out the overhang of skin there and big ammount of fat and your eyes will look more hollow and aged. if you know what i mean.

but If you also add this sulcus area ( area between eyebrow and upper lid) with fat or filler , It will adds depth and helps the eye stand out which is automatically makes your eyes bigger bcos the profile of your brow projects over your eyes. In addition you have a brow which raises up slightly as it goes outwards, which partly feminizes the eyes, and gives a brow lift look. I've seen and proved that small changes tweezing alone can be more effective than surgery. Believed me! Then if you understand what I'm talking about. he....

paiseh, been busy past few days, haven;t logged on... haven't replied ur PM, cos i cannot seem to locate a hatyai city map to show you. When i first arrived, i took a toot-toot to the clinic.

The buildings there are like those shophouses type. It's directly next to Indra hotel.

nose got no bandage, just swollen that's all, can definitely go out. Eyes, mine was plastered (cotton wool) for 3 days before i removed them.

another fren just did her nose there, hehe not too bad she originally got upturned nose, a bit porky looking... now the L-implant make her nostrils face down liao, and make her tip a bit longer so much prettier

but dunnoe why she recovered so much faster than me... my nose still de-swelling now even tho i did in dec. I only saw my alars 3 weeks ago, after the tip finally de-swell. My body is a bit retarded la.

shit, i cannot remember the name of the clinic, very valid and impt qtn... but if u call them, i'm sure they can tell u. that time, the toot-toot brought me to indra hotel, then i was so lost... i called the clinic, and the nurse came out to wave to me, haha

Anyone have been to hatyai b4? Now troubled dunno wanna book which hotel to stay.. according to adveerk.. he recommended lee gardens... but saw this J.B hotel seems not bad too!

my fren stayed marriot i think, but not fantastic... think lee gardens better, got 4-5 floors of shopping at the bottom of the hotel, and cinema also, and lots of fast food... more convenient... after surgery, very hard to run around

Yea! but it should be more focus on succus area. its rather different with eyebrow-bone area. Its kinda tricky actually. the surgeon should be able and know bout it first.

most important is you should make sure with them if you wont to end up wit big fat jaw look-a-like. ask bout the placement . is it placed behind or front of the bone, make sure not to placed it too forward near buccal fat area or will make your jaw bulky fat. ask bout fixation, is he using screw or only stiches. ask bout how many their experience have done this procedures?

Then, in terms of the shape of a jaw implant, there are 3 dimensions to jaw implants... inferior (downward), posterior (towards the back of the head) and lateral (width when you look at the face from the front). you need to get all three right to get the look you want. Silicone jaw implants are made in a lot of combinations of those three dimensions; some surgeons will "trim" them but some will not. U should ask any surgeon you're considering if they will shape the implant or just select the best size possible. Medpor come in different sizes/shapes also but docs who use medpor seem to be more comfortable/conversant with 'trimming' them. its important for you to come to agreement with your PS on your aesthetic vision... how square you want the jaw angle to be (how far inferior), how wide (lateral), and whether you want more augmentation towards your ear (posterior). you can see more about sizes and shapes looking at the implantech and porex sites ( already knew the web right?) .

and decided to share some of the pic of my nose
BEFORE i had rhinoplasty done with Dr Sukit



as u can see
i had a very broad base and super fleshy nose
but, from the side profile, i do have a bridge already, and i was happy with it.

dont understand why Dr Sukit suggested rhinoplasty and NOT alarplasty for me
he discouraged me from doing alar
because he said, my broad nose was due to fleshiness, and not big-nostrils..
he said alar is meant reducing nostril size..
which i agree to an extent..cuz my nostrils were not huge to begin with...its the flesh around the nose...

after the implant, my front profile is still the same. broad base, fleshy..
just that i have a very high and obvious bridge now
thats y i wanna go do alar..
