what is the difference between I and L implant? i was looking at what cupidz said, and i don't really understand it... what triangle and dawn yang thing. can anyone help explain? and yes, goretex instead of silicone please. thanks in advance yupp :)

oh btw, any of the doctors (dr chung, dr jung or @ kalo(what's the doctor's name anyw?)) do digital imaging?
actually if usd4k-5k is not an issue to u for rhino, i suggest u go to dr jung straight as he is rather fatherly figure and spk english.

i recommend dr chuang is becoz for more budget minded ppl of this forum.
Im still a student oso and budget is definately not much. Can I know how much does Dr Chuang usually charge for rhinoplasty? And also if I want a longer more oval shape face, what are the PS procedures that I can do to make my face shape slimmer and longer? Someone or Tanjhj pls advice me. Tia. :D

Hi all, I've been following this thread for awhile and understand that some of u mentioned this drug called sinEech can reduce swelling & bruising effectively. I'm currently recovering from my liposuction surgery 2nd week now and still experiencing much swelling. Was wondering if sineech can help to reduce my swelling at this stage?

Sineech is supposed to be taken before and for the first 2 days after any surgery, i'm afraid it may seems too late now to take sineech.

yes, she, flymetothemoon, noes me the most here.

next is yen and ecoli, i understand what ocean 11 said, i agree and i apologise for it.

nevetheless, all i can say is that i feel it is ok then to advise even thou i am not certified or something as there are consultants in PS saloon oversea giving advise and doing sales w/o any cert or so. and i am very vexed becoz ppl choose to listen to this sales ppl recommendation instead, but then it is the customer's freedom.

nevertheless i did wrong somewhere and yes, like what some said, maybe karma bah. so i will stake my own PS to karma, if what i did for flymetothemoon, yen and other ppl of this forums or ppl who emailed or msn me is wrong then let my own year end PS failed misearbly. if what i did is not wrong, just let me heal well and enjoy my PS. i hope this can appease ppl who disagree with me.
other than this, there is nothing much i can do.

takuda wrote: hey there, glad that you are feeling happy. do u mind sharing with us what are the ''exact procedures'' to achieve the jap idols face according to ur consultation? i think another pic to show Ps surgeons will be won bin's. very natural.
Hi tan,

Yes I saw the pics you attached to me. It is possible for you to "look like" that Jap idol because you all have a longer face. For this purpose I will suggest the following procedures:
1. Open rhinoplasty with corrective osteotomy: You have a slight deviated nose(C-shape) and a little wide base over nasal bone and alar base. The nasal tip is okay. We should correct the bony part with osteotomy to make your nose more "narrowing" and straight, then increase the dorsal height with implant or Goretex. The total cost including osteotomy procedure should be NT80000 but I will give you the best price.
Now you should understand the whole contents of rhinoplasty that I will suggest you are:
Dorsal augmentation with Goretex/silicone implant
Corrective osteotomy of nasal bone
Tiplasty with septal cartilage graft
Tip centralization with dome sutures and cartilage reposition
Alar reduction and nostril narrowing
However please understand that all saloon pics have been modified already. We can creat a nose which is similar to idol but not the same.
2. Double eyelid surgery with lateral canthoplasty: Please see the idol's lower eyelash. He has a more loosening or curvatural shape than you. That's no doubt that you can have a very natural double eyelid through Korean upper belpharoplasty. However if you want the bigger eyes like him I would shggest you to receive lateral canthoplasty additionally. The cost of upper blepharoplasty combined with lateral canthoplasty is NT34000 totally. Of course that's not a package price.
So the eyes job will be:
Korean upper blepharoplasty
Lateral canthoplasty
3. Mole excision: That's a simple procedure. You can take it out anytime you want. The scar will go away after half an year.
4. Brow lifting: I don't think its a good idea for you at this moment because this procedure will cause an unatural appearance for a man with quite heavy eyebrow. I would suggest you to have eyebrow hair removal or reshaping just like many girls do.
5. Forehead depression: The best procedure to correct your forehead dimpling is perment filler injection. There are several good materials to get. I will recommand Aquamid(Denmark) or Bio-Alkamid(Italia) for choice. THese two materials will make the result perfect.

How do you think about my suggestions? Please keep in touch with me anytime.

Chuang
wow, scary. cannot deny he looks nice la, but i THINK la in my opinion if really do all the mentioned procedures hoh..will be like him and this is perfection liao ma..not trying to ENHANCE..i think for ordinary ppl, the rhino and eyes should be sufficient..btw, dr chuang is frm TW rite? :)
takuda,

not looking for perfection lah. the procedure he quoted is pretty normal and simple surgery except the nose surgery which there is two steps i needed to rectify my slightly deviated nose, else the implant will slant to one side after operation.

POINT 1 is just
open incision korean style nose. Corrective osteotomy of nasal bone,
Tip centralization with dome sutures and cartilage reposition. this two is usually not required for normal ppl going for Korean nose thats why my nose surgery is so ex.
Point 2 is double eyelid with KYW.

Point 3 and 4 is just simple mole removal and filler injection, which i did at thailand, u can do it at some facial saloon too.

Yupz jovin, the doc is DR su of 電眼美人診所. however i think she dun really do revision as someone called her before and she asked him to go back to his 1st doctor. FYI if u thinking of revision.

anyway, i read u are going to dr Chiang. is he the one from magic clinic or something there. sori i kinda lost lots of URL of PS docs since i cleared my cache..
Jovin,

actually dr su does revision but hardly, coz i got call the clinic onced to ask for a forumer behalf. the nurse said she will always ask u 1st to go back to the 1st doc as the doc who operate on you coz only he knew what he did to ur eyes. she is very safe doctor who cherish her reputation alot and she dun need to take complex surgery and risk unhappiness as her 1st time patient is areadi more than enough

Yes, 1stly Dr chuang, why i recommend him alot is that he dun recommend procedures which he he think u dun need. thus he is not really a sales-oriented doc.

as for him to recommend epicanthoplasty only, he must have think ur eyelid is big and nice enough so he may just wanna remove the excess flab from the inner corner of your eyes to make it bigger/wider and also to make ur eyes look closer together and not so wide apart thus resulting in more harmonious looking eyes.
also after doing epicanthoplasty, u inner corner of ur eye will look sharper and at the edge

i have PM u my msn.
