Btw, slanted nose = crooked nose. All the doctors I have consulted.. Singapore Korea and Taiwan say that my nose is slightly crooked.

seriously u can consider doing lipo jaw (the both sides) and decide if u need buccal fats removal
u try imagine drinking from a straw.. the two sides that go in @ ur cheeks will be buccal fats..
buccal fats removal will make u look more chiselled
its only recommended if ur face is really really vry vry fat
if not might mk u look haggard
Wow, Kaka, it seems like buccal fat pad extraction is really work on your face?Im so sory about you regret with the result if it give a big change on you. Im wondering bout ur previous buccal fat pad removal surgery. is in ur case ,the ps take it out entirely or leave some behind?

not offend to you but, Ive had this procedure alone on my previous surgery and I understand that BF removal take a very long time to see the final result and it produces more swelling than the volume of the fat that was removed. But the before and after of buccal fat extraction I have seen included myself have been really unnoticeable.it such really a subtle change on me.

Must See!!!

Post by cupid^n^starz » Sat, 24 Feb 2007 1:28 am

I just found a very nice movie from a japanese plastic surgeon who rejuvenated his own face by the use of other doctors,in this movie you'll see the surgeries commented by the japanese surgeon patients himself. Perhaps some of you may have seen it before but this really shows a dedicated surgeon who said it's comical that most plastic surgeons look older than their patients.
I must warn for the explicit images and for the very funny japanese "english" speaking surgeon.
But I think his result are great and needs to be seen, He gives great information to some procedures.
enjoy!!!

ya indeed it take a long time to see final result, its been almost 4 yrs now.. and it caused my skin to be more saggy i guess that's the main reason why i dislike it

the surgeon took some out only,i don't think he take out entirely
i think buccal fats removal is good if you are aiming to achieve the chiselled look which im not looking for

hm.. Well, maybe thats why Generally, many ps always suggests additional mini-facelift behind ear procedure when I ask bout this buccal fat removal to avoid the sagging skin caused by decrease of big amount volume on skin . Thanks kaka/ :)
