I think i know which nurse you referring to. The young one right?? She's really pretty, but she claims she don't have PS when we all la kopi'ing. Everyone works until really late, so i guess his staffs are getting a big ang bao this year~
Actually Dr C, recommends all those procedures to suit my taste, as i mentioned to him i want a great improvement.. Though changing to an ABC look is a great consideration i have to seriously think about..
He did mention about doing rhino to enhance my bridge but not going to do my tip as it's good enough.. One thing he noted is that my mouth and lips are too too small. and seems that my face is a bit empty. but he says nothing can be done unless i want to shave my jaw until really thin (Which's a major major operation).. No way on that...
Cupid,
I remember you mentioned about the chin incision via the gums.. I will be doing my braces quite soon, i guess external incision will be more suitable (and less suffering) right?
Originally i never think about eyebrow (forehead contouring).. After hearing what you and Dr C recommends.. Wa.. Tempted to~ Dr C did mention that its a great overhaul by PSing the eyebrow(forehead) and chin.

Dr Kim (BK clinic) replied me from my email. His recommendation is slightly different from other docs. The common thing is that he's intending to shorten the length of my chin and enhance my chin (So that i will not end up having a horse face, yet nice masculine chin.). $5k USD
Incision of eyelids, Standard removal of fats as i have fatty eyelids.
$1.4k - $2k USD
Rhinophasty to enhance my bridge. and heighten my tip (contradict with Dr C's idea) No way on this procedure. $3K USD
Botox my jaws to relax it $700-$800 USD.
Decisions decisions decisions....
Hehe,.. you should know, His nurses is so many and everyday they r changing. I know the nurse that you mean and she admit doesnt do any surgery cause she said she doesnt have so much money for that.
I know her, shes the one who is accompany me for full one day when i stayed at dr.c clinis for a day.and you know, her age is up to 30.
but still, theres still many nurses , There's a nurse who is have really long black hair, shes so young, and look so pretty. Im fan of her. hehehe. and shes so nice, she helped me to put a pair of my shoes to my foot. She's really remind me of my beautiful friend. huaaa...
Fro what u;ve described bout your face. especially your mouth ,lips, and will get the braces soon,.. Yes-yes-yes,. you're absolutely the right candidate using external incision or under the chin incision. The main reason is :
1. You will have the braces. Even without using braces and already brush our teeth 3x a day + mouthwash- whatsoever the stricted oral hygiene, You should know, lots of bad stuff lives inside of your mouth...lots of bateria.
It's a MEAN bug that lives in the mouth and sinuses. It's an anaerob (lives in a no oxygen environment) so it's very hard to culture standardly but it does alot of damage in the body if left to grow. Many surgeons overlook it. Oral surgeons are very familiar with it but general surgeons and many plastics are not. It's bacteria common to the mouth but is dangerous 'in' bone. It looks like fungus mounds when it is allowed to live for months in the body (mounds of fungus with pus 'rivers')
Please,ou will not regret to use this external ones. I learn from my experiences.
2. is, you said that Dr.C noted if "your mouth and lips are too small. and seems that your face is a bit empty." right? based on my experienced it has relation with chin implant IF you used internal incision. Caused this technique could make your lower small lips makes more smaller even your lower lips could be look weird and strange cause you dont have vermillion ( lower lip line and succus area between lowe lip and chin is flat ) its hard for me to explain in words, hoe you know what i mean.
3. -You dont need to take any vitamin to boost your imun to prevent infection ,
-no need to take medicine antibiotic for long time,
-no need to have brugh teeth 3x times a day
-no need to have mouthwash 6x times a day
-fast wound healing as opposed use internal was very slow n need long time to make the wound become fresh flesh, cause the wound area always get 'wet' with saliva which is full of bacteria.
-You still can eat any kind of food you want aka bye-bye liquid diet and soup with all kind of groosss.. flavours.
because the risk of infection with external technique was very-very-very low as opposed with internal technique much much bigger take the risk.
The dissadvantages is
-scar remains under the chin but it would more less obvious month by month, and for me,.. its NOT a big deal at all, compare dealing with the infection. huah,... it was a lonngg.. journey..
now its in your hand. good luck ok!
Bout the forhead job,.. hm... thats another story,..
