they dun have exp so they didnt comment. anyway, go for it since u wanted it and ur family support u. u just need is a agreement from just one of us here. go head and o it bah. lipo is quite safe niw just be prepared for the pain and hassle for the 1st week. well some dun have much pain..

if budget is not a problem u can consider spore. but i warn u 1st . spore dun have much good lipo expert. i suggest u come to yanhee thailand . their lipo is like supermarket affairs so u can be sure of the skills and also the cheap price..

anyway i think u dun like excercise maybe becoz u are one of the city ppl. however the best way to lose weight, fats and tone ur lower body is till aerobics for woman. aerobics dun need u to run but if u need u to run. cycling is worst than walking so dun exect easy weight lost. gotta work harder to make ue heart healthier..

i am not sure abt VIt C but i believe it is a faster way to achieve better skin than the bodyshop vit c capsules..

some ppl with money constraints can consider taking the vitamins c capsule from body shop. told my sis who is in airline, yupz vitamins c is the in thing now just like SK2 was few yrs back.. the trend changes so fast.. lol. but my sis only try the vitamins c cpasule coz money constraints and also dunnoe Kalo have it.. and yes only 1week only she told me she look tounger and less tired.. she is only 22.. haiz.. stressed up

actually liposuction doesn't remove cellulites
liposuction only good for people who ain't overweight but find difficult to drop the excess weight or fats
it will not help with smoothing out the cellulites

only thing is the revision on my right eye like never revision like that, the left eye double eyelid is still higher than right..

i wont do anything abt it.. cos look damn natural with unsymmetrical double eyelids .. like born like that one side higher but not too obvious also.. hehe

yes i did kai yan tou and kai yan wei..

yan tou nice.. but yan wei.. no difference.. i think dun bother to do kai yan wei everyone.. it really doesnt make a difference

i did my eyelid surgery on dec 27, i removed stitches with Doc Chuang one eye and his nurses help with removal with the other eye..

but cos my right eyelid was not as high as the left, he gave me a revision on the eyelid .. one stitch only.. then my kai yan wei, my right eye also started to move back in like never do kai yan wei at all .. so he recut again so i had stitches there also..

so effectively if i had stayed on in taiwan, he would have removed for me the stitches.. but i was back..

removed stitches with a plastic surgeon.. and it wasnt easy cos singapore docs not familiar with the small stitches.. he had to bring in head gear with magnifying glass and still it took an hour to remove.. by right and by left it shouldnt take so long to remove stitches because even Dr Chuang's nurses could remove stitches for me.

for removing stitches in sg, pay consultation of 120 or 150 depending on the plastic surgeon's rates.. and another 30 or 50 for removal of stitches..

very expensive..

had quite a traumatizing experience this morning removing my stitches in singapore.

What happened was i had a revision on my right eye before i came back on my lateral cathoplasty but that was Jan 3rd .. so i was back in signapore after and i can only remove a week later..

this morning the doctor had to bring in MANIGFYING glass to look at the knots in the stitches! cos taiwan doc really too good already, they use finer thread and that's why their PS recovery is faster cos smaller thread and wound isnt it..

Damn scary, doctor even had to leave me this morning to borrow a head gear from another surgeon to wear.. complete with torchlight and magnifying glasses in front type.. i was praying so hard he can see and remove

but no sweat it was removed after a tormenting 1 hour..

at wishclinic it was the nurse and Dr chuang that removed for me. the nurse could do it loh..

my sister went for mini incision method lipo on her chin, arms, thighs in december 2006. it was good.. and this morning on channel 8 they had a discussion on it as well..

basically what happens is.. the new method is, they do mini incision so the wound is small, recovers fast.. they run saline water into the cut while sucking the fats out with the machine.. the saline water will continually run into and out of the cut so as to keep the temperature down and to regulate the flow of the process..

it is a simple process, u will be given sleeping pills and u will go into sleep while it is done..

she recovered after 3 days.. no bruising cos we bought this cream from pharmacy.. please let me go home to get the name for u..

no more double chin, arms smaller, the thighs also signficantly can tell smaller..

Hi everyone,

Today is my 7th day after my ps. I went to see dr chuang again. This is 3rd time over a week stay here. He wants to make sure that my inner wounds in the nose is closing up and less infection before i am back to sin. Very professional and caring of him! The thread inside the nostril will melt by its own after a month or so, but the thread in my right nostril is a little wear off due to excessive rubbing and cleaning up! haha.. he told be to take care of it.

I have ask him how to see if the nose if being infected, he said:
1) the implant will not merge to your nose bone properly
2) swollen and redness will be seen on the tip

As for my eyes, i ask him again (twice) that do i need to kai yen wei. (Am tempted to do it moreover tanhji encourage me.. hee) He mention that i dun need it coz my face is not broad, and my face is long.. only those a little broad face might need it. Moreover the most important thing, he did not want the eyes to look funny ( more whitish then the retina) . And he calculated that my face should look proportionate if i just do kai yan tou... He mention why sinagporeans love to do kai yen wei and most taiwanese will like the eyes to look natural and proportionate... keke.. probably we want to look better bah...

My right eye's kai yen tou is significantly diminished but for my left eye, there is a little dump and dark there. He ask me to give a little pressure or massage on the site so it will be better in the future. he also mention that my right eye around the brown still swollen.. so must continue to do warm pack..

Side track a bit, when i was looking at the mag, I saw the taiwanese jolin pic, I ask the nurse did she has PS... Ya.. they say she did cheeks ,lips nose and breast.. keke

Ya for those are interested to go to the clinic and wants to go from deja vu hotel to the clinic, I can lead you the way by showing you photos of the front exit of the hotel to the clinic( what you see and buy).. I think it is beneficial for those who dun know chinese well.

Important message for those who wants to save up money:

Please dun take eva air if there is still a discount or requivalent price as jetstar. The reason is the Time of departure is very early (740am), you have to take a cab which cost about 1300NT. There is a bus stop around the corner where the aircon bus lead you to the airport (starting time is 520am), it is about 1 and a half hour ride for only 135NT. So cheap.. If you have less baggage, take the aircon bus la.. is so much cheaper... But if you are going with other people, you might consider taking cab..
Haiz I am going to get broke liao.. cab to hotel, cab back... hotel plus everything.... Must sell Backside liao.. keke....

my 5th day after PS:

Yes I am now still in taipei and is my 5th day affter my ps.. Yes if you have a nose like mine, if it definately worth to do it from dr chuang!. Mine nose now is less bulbous even 5 days after ps!

How much i spend? I cant really tell you the figure... i did my alar base, tip ,and bridge... as for the bridge i did not ask or talk about how high i wan( i quite regretted it), but he said during the consultation that he does not want to give to high.. if i am to be a celebrity probably i need it high but risk is higher lor. So i let him do what is nice for my features.. my idol nose is like michelle reis nose..

Food and pain involved- no pain at all..but one day after the ps, my whole face swell.. so must do ice pack on my face for at least 4 days, then warm pack 5th day onwards.. dun worry about what to do, dr chuang and nurses will guide u along.. Food wise , if you are staying at deja vu, the back exit you can see a japanese resturant.. walk a little you see a small jap resturant that is open up by a family. they have very good and nourish food like fish soup with ginger.. the price wise.. for example i took eel sushi, plus seafood udon noodles and fish soup is about 250NT... Very cheap and reasonable!... there is 2 sogo department store near the hotel but the largest is the nearest.. you can go to their basement to get food from food court and B3 is supermarket.

Dr chuang recommended this hotel.. yes it looks a little old outside but the room is clean and very nice. from this hotel to his clinic is a 20 mins walking distance.. while you walk you can see a waston ( remember to buy the scar free gel there) and the follow by another small sogo.. then walk straight, you can see a mcdonalds and then a24hr store(7-11) then you will see a big cross junction.. cross the road then turn left.. walk until you see a bank and then the bulding.. go second floor.. that is where dr chuang clinic is..

I actually took a cab from airport to hotel... while outside the airport just give the address of the hotel to a person who is directing the cab drivers.. the cost is about 1200NT to 1300NT.. ya is expensive.. so is better that someone who is doing ps comes along with you.. there are quite a few people going to do around your time.. go and discuss and meet together.. it means to lower down your expenses.. good luck..

Your answers are as follows:

1) Actual charges higher when I am at the clinic - hmm.. i am not so such about this.. I actually email dr chuang about what sugery i want to do and how much is the ps. I think he will give you discount if you are doing more than one ps.. For example if you just double double eyelid and kai yan tou, the kai yan tou cost is 8000NT. If you are doing only kai yan tou alone is about 9000NT.

3) Is taiwan safe or not - hmm.. it depends where you are going.... if you going behind the back alley, anywhere is also dangerous.. the front exit at the hotel there are many people heading to the train station, bus stop and also towards sogo.. so dun worry... except the back exit.. is pretty dark, but you can find a lot of food there.

4) to wear a cap or not -Yes definately! But if you are doing your eyes and nose, do remember you cant wear sunglasses to cover your eyes.so ask for a surgical mask from the clinic to cover your nose and also a cap to cover your eyes..

5) buy sineech - yes i did buy sineech. and i find it that it really works...

6) accomdation - The hotel i am staying is deja vu hotel where dr chuang recommends many vistors to stay because is a walking distance to the clinic (15mins). Ask for whether they have discount or not like if you are staying more than 7 days, ask them whether they give discount if you are staying for more than 7 days. And please book the hotel in advance whether is off-peak period. better be safe than sorry.. I almost can't get a hotel.. keke
