Rhinoplasty

Post by medictbp » Sat, 16 Jul 2005 12:04 am

The good news is Rhinoplasty is a fairly simple procedure, you may be self-dependent after the procedure

But you'll still need someone to bring you back after the surgery, unless u intend to stay in the hospital for 1 night. Which will more or less, up your hospital bill.

You'll need at least 10 days in Thailand, and ideal 14 days @ least.

It'll cost from SGD540 - SGD1,500; depending on the doctors, hospital.

If u're interested in getting more information & assistance, drop me a mail @ [email protected]

I am new to this forum and the subject caught my attention. We organise overseas cosmetic surgery trips overeseas. Currently we have a list of highly recommended surgeons recommended by people who has done it before themselves and I have seen the result personally, before recommending to our client.

All our client will be full taken care by myself personally throughout the whole operation and during the recuperation period. The package will includes lodging, transportation and my 24hrs company to assist the recovery. All these will be kept strictly confidential!!! Hopefully this services address those who are looking for overseas option. Feel free to give me some feedback.
So dreamclub.... how do we contact you? U left no forwarding address?

Re: Lip surgery

Hi,

You need to wear braces before the gum surgery.
Singaporean can pay 80% of the sugery fees using medisave.
20% own pocket which amounts to around S$1000.

For the braces you can pay by installment.

Is gum surgery used to correct buck teeth??

My upper set of teeth seems to b bulging outwards. tho nt too serious, bt my upper lip seems like barb simpsons when closed. It can nearly be touchin my nostrils if i were to deliberately push it upwards usin my lower lip as if in a 'kissing motion'.

Or is braces used to correct such?

Appreciate ur response!

Tk u!

I think you need a gum surgery not lip surgery.
Try National Dental Centre. Look for Dr Tay

Gummy wrote:Hi...anyone ever heard of any kind of lip surgery here in Sg? I need to correct my smile...because I've got a gummy smile. :(

I researched but apparently my prob doesnt come under orthodentistry, where they do stuff to your teeth or ur gums to reduce the gummy smile. My teeth are fine the way they are.

What I'm looking for is to bring my upper lip down so it covers my gums more... So when I smile, the upper lip is just above my upper teeth. Like a slice of orange...that kind of semicircle shape.

Bcos currently when i smile, the upper lip becomes an arc...

I want it a straight horizontal line across my face. Is there a way to maybe get the inside of the upper lip sewn down to the gums?

Take my advice and read this link, open out and download the 'Buyers Guide' and study it.

It is printed by the largest and most reputable of British Medical Providers.

Be very, very careful what surgery you get and where.

OK money must be an issue, but remember, if you pay cheaply, you'll wear it on your body forever.........
