Hi all,

Im so excited going for korea nose implant this sat afternoon at KOLA.

Using GORTEX , went to pay deposit yesterday.

Can I ask, after you have PS, how do you tell your friends and family members?

You wait for them to ask u or u tell them yourself ??

I'm worried about that

if i never remember wrongly,

she is doing a normal (made in korea) goretex customised-I implant nose job
closed incision and cost around rm4800.

no tipoplasty and no alar. just implant.

it is something like what ocean11 did but instead of silicone I implant, it is goretex. it is not a korean style nose job

if u are paying for urself, than u can consider telling ur mum 1st..

if u hope they are paying for u, than can consider persuading ur mum to tell ur dad.

if u dunnoe who is paying, than u can consider pay urself 1st than tell mum to tell dad to claim refund..

as for normal friend mah, if they dun know much abt PS, i find really no point telling them coz they usually try persuade u not to go for it as they still thought PS is dangerous and not right. however after u do ps areadi and the result is good, they will say well done and they will be tempted to do it themselves.. u get what i mean? as for close friend, i think it is up to u to tell or not to tell. however if ur fren is those conservative or spritual type than u should consider telling them since the answer is more or less expected..

PS is for urself not others. it is a tool to give u confidence and temp happiness also if used properly, it can be a good tool in ur career and a boosting ur chance to marry into a rich family. for example is Kanny, now she is getting prettier and popular, she dare to openly ask if anyone wants to buy her stuffs she like to have and ppl buy for her!

however if not handled properly, it may cause u to be addicted to PS and yet still unhappy.

I'm doing L implant gortex.

KOLA having promotion now Rm4288 ( u.p Rm4888) for korea gortex.

Hard at the bridge, soft at the tip (same as ear cartidge)

so the current price should be around sgd 1.9k for a nose job than
they got do the nose tip meh? last week i call they say boh leh. just normal goretex implant. maybe the nose tip is soft coz no implant there as they not doing tipolplasty nor is there goretex L implant... maybe what they mean is that they will have cut a longer I implant till it cover a portion of the nose tip..

so u choosing which country goretex implant?

was not impressed with the explanation and description of the staff on the phone so never go down to the saloon as i promised u. but i will call again and double check. did ask Dr chuang if got L goretex implant. he say no leh..

I went down to see the General manager Ms Tay yesterday, she did the korea L implant.

I touched her nose at the tip ,yes is L implant.

seen her before & after photos for nose, very great difference, quite impressive.

wow L implant goretex.. didnt know it existed, i thought all this while only got goretex I implant.. i know some korean doctor areadi use goretex for tipoplasty instaed of ear bone for the tips. thus i think either is goretex I implant plus gortex sheets for the tip. abit hard to imagine goretex L implant due to the material constitution. abit too soft to be able to create the angle perpendicular part of the L implant..

cant get to her hp today. can u PM me again in case i copied wrongly..

i called another kalo branch at KL tahn. maybe the jb branch diff.

My sister also doing nose job with me this sat.

Dun be too bothered by wat others say cos we cant control contral wat others say in the 1st place. Even for good looking stars like Jolin Tsai, Fann Wong etc, there are ppl who criticised their looks too. Its human nature for ppl to jugde others but they wld never jugde themselves. Your colleague have no manners at all to exhibit such crudeless behaviour so u shd feel sorry for him...

As for whether u need PS, I believed its not so much as whether you need it but more of u want it sub-consciously. We wan the change but am afraid to go ahead due to all the uncertainty out there. Pardon me if I am wrong to make this statement for your case cos this is wat I feel for myself.

Think about it carefully as it going to affect you, not others. Try to put aside the whole idea of PS & go ahead with your life & try to feel good from within. Hairstyle, make-up, dressing are tools which can make human look good.

If the thought of PS dun surface again, then u can go without PS. If it keeps coming back to you, thats the time u shd really make careful considerations.

can understand why. at 1.9k per nose it is pretty cheap as compared to spore. 3k and only silicone implant..

i try to call the tel no as stated but cant get thru..

dunnoe why. can help?

i quite keen to see the goretex L implant coz so far the goretex needs to be cut by the doctor to different size and shape as needed from the goretex sheets.

i search the net and there is no mentioned of goretex L implant mould or something close..

ur interests just like mine. investements and properties.

saw ur pic, i think u need a eyelid surgery 1st. others quite ok.

here i goes with my comment:
your eyes thou have double eyelid but still abit too fleshy and too high. thus makes u look tired. thus u need to do a double eylid that enlarge ur eyes and remove the excess flab. also u need kai yantoh to bring ur eyes closer together. u look abit wide apart to me.

for ur nose. pretty ok with me. no need anything , maybe tipoplasty to make it more define at the tip.

for ur cheek and chin, u may need to go for shaving to remove the protruding bone, however ur face is pretty long thus the doc need to do a balance job else u end up with long face. also ur jaw is pretty squarish thus may need to shave it to be more rounder.

as for ur lips. u can consider lips reduction to make it look slimmer and defined shape. however lip reduction is pretty painful job as u can see when we bite our lips, ulcer usually develope..

conclusion, i will suggest eyelid sugery with kai yan toh 1st if budget is a problem. should cost u around $3k with local doctor. around 3.3k for taiwan doctor.

cheek and chin is around sgd4-8k depending on the job required.

Lip reduction / shape define is around sgd1-2k

for tipoplasty is around 1-2k depending on material use.

around 10k should be enough to give u a new perfect looks and moreconfidence.
plus gaining some weight will be best.

lastly, i dun find u ugly, i find u have look that have character..
the abv PS procedures i recommended is for u if u wanna have
more "perfect" face not really neccesary
