tipolplasty is not really to lengthen the nose but for nose tip protection and nose tip defining.

infact, i think the sharp and efined look of silicone willbe for suitable for u than the more soft look which goretex yield.

hmmm how to know if silicone or gortex suits a person's face? if a person face is sharp and strong then a sharp nose suit them?
Danny What if u been accidently punch by a person ? will ur nose drop ?

don't ask me this qn... i don't know....

yah, most of the doctor i met so far will ask me to bring my friend to redo for them. Dr su seem to be the minority one. not very confirm why she prefer you to go back to your doctor... she did this to other patients enquiries too when they ask abt revision.. However for her reply to u, she just suggest you to go back to your doc 1st before you decide to go to her clinic to let her do. not tell you to go to your prev doc only.

maybe the revision is cheaper if u go back to ur own doctor. revision with another doc is more expensive than the those going for their 1st surgery.

maybe u like to ask her again via email stating that u dun trust ur doc anymore and would like her to do it as u trust her more.. we see what is her reply k?

thanks
ok thanks! i will try to email her again
most prob will do it next year
do you think bkk good for double lids revision?

hi kaka i also did my nose with dr seah. i did L implant only and nw my nose looks high and sharp and i like it alot

i guess you have to wait til 3mths to judge on ur nose results and dr seah skills. cos my nose also look swelled and big in first few wks. after the swelling goes down my nose looks defined and small and sharp. no point rushing to find other doc or rush for another surgery.
im so glad ur nose is high.. dr seah didnt give me too high a bridge
he commented my features is soft, petite and feminine and i dont suit too strong bridge
so mine was just like an "enhancement"
i was hoping to get a higher bridge though

are you a guy or girl? if u r guy, having feminine features is cool.. it means you got those jappy pretty boy looks... i guess dr seah didn't wan to do too high or sharp nose for you cos it may not suit your femine features. you have to trust his professional ideas

as for me i got mixture of feminine and musculine features. my eyes and lips look feminine. but my face shape, high brow bone belongs to musculine features, therefore dr seah say i need high nose bridge and sharp tip. in fact all the sg doc i been to say my nose is the weak feature and it will be best if i had high nose bridge.
i am girl and i have flat features i guess
dr seah said my look is soft and feminine and all features petite
i brought a photo show him and said i want this nose
and he merely laughed and said you can't take this kind of nose, the take off point is too high
before i left the room i tried my luck again "will i ever be able to achieve eurasian kind of look? like a mix? with a high bridge nose?!"
he answered, "not for you."

actually can but whats the point of changing ur identity?

do u have 1% angmoh blood in u like dawn yeo? maybe if got that 1%, u can change to look like eurasian.. lol

as long u look good in ur current self. just change abit to work on ur weakness is enough.

btw, u can change urself to look like eurasian. u will need implants and bolts to bolt it into ur bone.. all over ur face.. it will cost more than 20k..
but than ur eye colour will be a giveaway..
Golden Rules of PS:
1)If it aint broken, dun fix it / dun fix what u dun need
2)Perfect individual features usually dun yield perfect face
3)Work on your confidence 1st

ya hehe i guess i will forego the idea of being eurasian
actually it's true we should just stick with our features and enhance it

i hope my round tip nose will faster recover! will it take 3months this long?

im going back to work tomorrow! so afraid my colleagues will notice the change in me

by the way, need ur help, do u by any chance know that if one side of my face sort of like dented in (maybe due to sagging and usage of too many face slimming products), any way to fill it up to mk fuller like perhaps injecting fillers or something like that? or any other alternatives? are they permenant and is it expensive?

i visited the doc twice before the surgery
my nose is not red but initially there is bruises at the bridge (between the eyes area) and below my eyes look yellowish

now it's getting better, very slight bruise, i guess can cover with make up
i guess people who dont know me will not know i just had surgery with the make up and everything

but people who know me may find my nose bigger than usual? actually im so afraid what my colleagues will say tomorrow, they like to gossip and bitch around alot! sigh

i paid around 3k including medication

Read from a taiwan forum where the girls had done their eyelids via mini incision method. The cut is ard 0.5cm only.

1 of the girls said that 1 of the eyelid dropped & she had to go back for revision thr the open method by the same doctor.

It seems that mini incision method is sort of like an enhanced stitching method whereby a small cut is made which allow u to remove excess fats & skin. After that the doctor wld make a stitch through the "cut point" inside the eyelid to secure the crease. In the event the stitch dropped, then the eyelid wld be gone. So its not permanent.

tanjhj,

do u have any comments? Indeed the girls said mini incision have much shorter recovery period & same can go to work quite normally after just 4-5 days. But it seems there's a risk that it might disappear.

The taiwan forum also mentioned that the mini-incision method is actually founded by the doc from this clinic called "Li Jing". This doc even went on to TV to promote this new technique

heys. actually i don't know if you have heard of laser eyelids. it will be less swollen and bleeding and heals faster than the cutting/stitching. maybe you can consider that. =) i was thinking of doing eyelid surgery too!

i hope i won't become the "hot topic" of the month in my company.. my company really a bunch of gossipers.. they can use internal messaging even spread news to overseas branch, very scary!

i did the op locally. the bridge is slightly higher but the tip is quite round and big, according to the rest of forumers, it will subside after time (hopefully!) doesn't realy look fake but looks much bigger than usual.

i wanna do revision for my eyelids too, still searching for doc

according to dr su, the ultra mini incision which u are toking abt is not really perm but it suppose to last longer than stitch coz fats is removed. the crease may disappear after some time depends to individual. some may last perm, it depends on the individual.

for some ppl even the std cutting will disappear afte 3 yrs..
