I find the posts on the Singaporebrides forum dont say much.
Not many posted personal experience of their surgery. Many wanted to do their op with Danny Oh from penang but I didnt read about anyone who had actually done it.

Sigh....now I am quite distracted. Where should I go? I want to go overseas but want some company. Who is keen to go taiwan or bkk?
Anyone did rhinoplasty lately?

Hey iamdanny...

I was just wondering, during your consultation, did you show the doctors pictures of your ideal nose? If you did, what kind of pictures were they, i.e., did you show them pictures of celebrities and such? I'm just afraid that if i presented such pictures, the surgeon might think i'm over-idolising the celeb or something. What i want is to just give him a rough idea of how i want my nose to look like, not to have it transformed into someone else's. I've already scheduled an appointment with a local surgeon 2 weeks from now.
Btw, good luck with your rhinoplasty next week! :D Thanx.

i think for plastic surgery, as long as you can afford of course must go to the good ones. It's really not price that matters but of course i'm not asking you to pay 20000 for a nose. But after reading some very negative response from yanhee, i am reconsidering and iamdanny posted in front to say that his parents disallow him to do abroad so he's getting it done in singapore. btw, i did some online search and it does seems like dr seah is not bad at all! good luck for the surgery. continu with her updates k?

katy: i heard loads of bad reports about dr kim, what happened? do you mind pm me to tell me? cos i'm considering him and i'm kind of scared.

voix, are there many negative response from yanhee..?
my top choice is dr sukit from yanhee... i've emailed dr greechart but he never reply at all.. at least dr sukit is being honest and not like some doctors who promise you this and that but in the end you dun get the result they mentioned.. haha...

good luck to those who will be doing their nose soon :)

hey iamdanny..
Thanx for your prompt reply! I'm going to Dr. Huang for a consult on rhinoplasty. I wasn't sure whether to bring any photographs about the general kind of nose which i wish to achieve, to a certain extent. But i checked with the nurse, she said it isn't necessary. Maybe.. i'll bring one just in case. Keep updating on your progress!

hey katy...
Thanx for the advice! I understand what you mean by how both the doctor and i can just whip out pictures of our ideal noses and that might not help much. But i thought that probably showing him a picture or so instead of just making comments on what i want to achieve would be better. I was hoping that the pictures could somehow help 'visualise' and conceptualise it. Maybe i'm just paranoid that his vision of what i am saying is different from mine. hmm..i should learn to trust the doctor. haha.

has anybody gone to korean for rhinoplastasy?
i am interested to go there leh...
cause all the korean celebs who went korea do... their noses damn nice.
*unfair man...

about gleneagles... the whole rhinoplastasy cost is s$3000?
dangerous anot? haha
anyway how long does the whole nose recover?
is it possible to recover in a few days time like some of the celebs?
