Hi jovin,

How much Dr. Jiang is charging for Rhino? Why do u use Silicon? Do u know of any PS in Taipei which use cartilage for rhino other than Dr.Chang?

Dr.Chang quoted me NT85000 for rhino using cartilage .

Hi Plas,

Dr. Chang is charging NTD$40000 for rhinoplasty, which is equivalent to S$2050. For me i don't want to end up being cutted on my ear and on my nose, so i rather opt for implant only. Anyway, Dr. Hsu said L shape implant will be sufficient for me, so i happily "oblige" lah! :P

Dr. Chang is not the only one who can use cartilage for rhino. Jiang Xiao Shan can too, but i am not too sure of Dr. Hsu. Anyway, i just realised that Dr. Hsu don't do double eyelid, only do eyebag removal. But Dr. Jiang more "bao shua bao hai", most of the procedure he can do! hee.

Hi,

yah the doctor use L shap implant, inserted through nostril. Don't know got scars anot, beside inside nostril cannot see and don't bother to see, hee.

Nope, no clipping no nose reduction or whatsoever. Only L shape implant.

You got to make the choice and decision yourself :)

Taiwan
-------
Pros: all chinese, so they are familiar with chinese face structure
Cons: more expensive than BKK in terms of air ticket, hotel accomodation
and surgery fee

BKK
-----
Pros: rather cheap, in terms of air tix, hotel accomodation and sugery fee
Cons: i think Dr. Sukit only do I shape implant. Got to check on this.

Read about Quan Yi Feng's blotched nose job done in Taiwan. I guess luck plays an important part in the success of PS. Wonder who her PS is.

Kudos to Jovin for her advice. She is marvelous!! a real top PS consultant!! I was telling her that she ought to it as a business since she's not only well informed and level headed in her advice but she's funny and caring too.

I've seen many posts on Dr Martin huang. I'm wondering if anyone can pls provide me the following on Dr Martin Huang:

clinic address?
phone numbe?
e-mail address?
website?

As for eye surgery....anyone had done dark circles and fine lines removal? Mine is horrible and would like to be rid of it but don't know where to go for it. For those interested, I've checked with Dr Sukit at Yanhee and he said that he does not do this.

Also, for nose job, he only specialises in I shape implant and not L.

Post by myNose » Sun, 27 Nov 2005 3:00 am

Hi everybody, this may be my first post but I have been reading this forum religiously for quite some time oredi.

I want get a nose job done by dis yr! (start the new yr wif a new look hee)

Heard great experiences from taiwan and bangkok. But i'm really keen in doing it in south korea.

I was inspired by some of my korean colleauges who have very nice nose jobs done there.

There is this area in seoul call "Apkujong" that is known to be a famous plastic surgery street.

they gave me 2 hospitals: (highly recommended)

1) BK Clinic - www.bk.clinic.co.kr (dis is where the celebs go, the downside they say is tat ppl will noe that u haf gone for rhinoplasty becoz its too perfect..but i like)

2) Jae-lim Clinic (cant find any info on dis the net! tried http://kr.yahoo.com oso cannot) they say go for dis one if u want the natural look.

Been researching sooo darn long until hair turn white. Cant find Jae Lim! I want to do on the 26-28dec. but I need more info on which clinic n which doc to go in korea. Any koreans out there that can help me?

I want to make sure I get more info before I DO IT.

Sun, pls help me can? kam-sam-mi-da!

Hi,

Hee hee, i was already in Taipei when i went for consultation with Dr. Hsu. Was there on business trip and since saturday and sunday i do not need to work (and the following monday is a public holiday and i do not need to work too), i went for a consultation and straight away into the op threatre to do my nose on a saturday! On my first trip to Taipei, the sight of so many plastic surgery clinics striked me that maybe i can do my nose there. On my second trip, i consulted Dr. Chang and Dr. Jiang, wanted to do with Dr. Jiang but his clinic will be closed for renovation. Third trip i consulted Dr. Hsu and finally did my nose. Fourth trip i went back for removal of stitches. Tomorrow will be my fifth trip there, and i am going back for a review. I know Dr. Hsu from recommendation. As you can see, every trip there is about nose, nose nose! hee. If need to, you better call up his clinic to ask whatever info you need.

Dr Jiang: 001226287738939

Hi,

You are right about me being a consultant, but i am an IT Consultant not PS consultant, ha!

Martin Huang's website:

http://www.pachealthholdings.com/csc/contact.html

I don't think he will read email and reply. I find that Singapore surgeons are too stuck-up to diligently read emails everyday, see pictures of potential patients and reply with suggestions on what can be done. They always ask you to go down for a face-to-face consultation. Can earn consultation fee also mah, hee.

Dark circles and fine lines removal? Haha... you know where i will suggest mahhh... hee. Yap, Taipei. Yes they do it. But i suggest you consult a local PS and ask for a quote, then see how much the Taipei surgeon quote you. If after factoring in the air tickets and hotel accomodation and surgery fee that doing in Taipei is still cheaper than in Singapore, then it's worth to do there. Else, don't spend that extra time, money and effort.
