double eyelid surgery in Taiwan or Korea

Post by jesjewel2 » Tue, 08 Apr 2008 9:45 am

Hi,

I am new to this forum and have read some of the posts. I am keen on doing a double eyelid surgery either in Korea (Real Clinic Group) or Dr Cheung (Taiwan). If anyone has done such a surgery either with Real Clinic or Dr Cheung, can you let me know how it went, and whether the results are good?

Many thanks.

Hi there,

Im new to this forum, have always wanted to do a double eyelid surgery and also make my face angles look more define rather than a fat and round face. I admit i dont look that unfortunate but yea, women just wanna look prettier. However, im only 18 this year. My mother and father certainly would not agree as they think i should be contend of how i look. Is there any clinics that accept patient under the age of 21 without parental consent? I'm fine with overseas too.

Double Eyelid Surgery For Droopy Eyes

Post by Jang » Fri, 11 Apr 2008 3:46 am

Hi all,

Here are some before & after surgery pictures Contributed from the March PS Group Trip Gals.
They would like to share with forumers here who have similar problem on their eyes which going for Double Eyelid Surgery

These 2 sisters who have been trouble with their Droppy Eyes problem and had been researching about 2 years on Double Eyelids Surgery before they decide to fly to BK Dongyang Plastic Surgery Clinic and have their surgeries done by Dr Kim.

For Droopy Eyes to have Double Eyelid Surgery, it needs more than 1 procedure to archive a nice result.

What Dr Kim had perform on both of them :

Full Incision Method ~ to create a double eyelid fold (about 4-5mm)
Levator Muscle Surgery ~ to correct the droopy eyes
Magic Epicanthoplasty ~ to release the Mongolian fold & also helps to pull the distance closer between eyes

feline.eyes wrote:your nose looks great! it is very nice and natural; like you were blessed with it, instead of it being man made. that is the kind of effect that i am looking forward to, not the japanese celebrity style, which can be very harsh/hard/fake. my chinese is atrocious but he seems really detail in his write up.

my nose is inherently crooked too and hopefully it can be fixed like yours :) can't wait for my surgery!
thanks!

yeah, i know what you mean. not everyone want to look like a movie star.... you need to have other complementing features to start with.

dr. Hsu is indeed very patient. I really think it is becos he is genuiunely very passionate towards rhinoplasty. therefore, instead of me chasing him...he has been chasing me to take photos and make reviews!!! :-)

but alamak, i have been going crazy on renovation and running my biz. poor dr. Hsu...hehehe..

talk to him in details. whether it is dr Hsu or not, you need to make sue yr doc knows what you need exactly. this is coming from my own experiences.

cheers!

some even say dr sukit from thailand also very good.
if we do it overseas and theres post surgery implications, are they going to pay for our trip before for recorrection?
do we need to pay and do follow ups from other doc in sg after e op overseas?

Hi,

For my nose surgery, is about 2.7milwon. I did only silicone implant and ear cartilage grafting on my tip.

I don't feel any pain during the surgery, as i was on IV Drip and they jab me with LA ( Sleeping Anesthesia) when the doc is about to perform the surgery on me. I just doze off like that and the next min I wake up, the surgery is done.

The method u mention by jabbing anesthesia on the nose before surgery, is not good and is very painful
Local doc in Singapore perform with this method which i heard.

The trip there is quite cheap, For example for this June 11, Air ticket include taxes $699 & accommodation is about $30 per nite.

Do let me know if u are keen to join the June trip to BK Dongyang Clinic in korea.
U can e-mail me at : [email protected]

Revisional Double Eyelid Surgery

Post by Jang » Sun, 13 Apr 2008 12:20 am

Here’s another before & after surgery pictures Contributed from the March PS Group Trip Guy.
His procedure is Revisional Double Eyelid Surgery.

List of procedures he had done before he goes to Dr Kim:
~ Suture Method done in June 2005
(which last only for 4 months and RIGHT side begin to lose the fold)
~ Redo again with Incision Method in September 2007
(but again Left side begin to lose the fold)

He could feel abit of discomfort when he opened his left eyes, because the surgery done in Singapore left stitches in his eyelids. Moreover, due to the inexperience of the doctor, it left him with asymmetrical eyes.
With much research, he finally made his decision and entrusted his revisional surgery to Dr Kim, who is a specialist in Revisional Cases of Eyelids. Now, with the stitches removed, he has no difficulties opening his left eyes. and he is a more confident person.

What Dr Kim had perform on him :

Full Incision Method ~ to remove stitches left behind from the previous surgery and correct the Asymmetrical Fold and Scar.

Here’s the Before & After Pictures
