Dear Takuda,

Yes Dr. Chuang had replied my email. And he asked me to send my photos over for a quotation.

Sometimes thete will be a delay to his replies due to the busy schedule. This is normal.

Wishing you all the best for your surgery DMN :)

Hi ellin18, wat surgery r u going to do with Dr Chuang? It's normal to feel nervous n excited at the same time.. just relax :)

Getting sineech is good enough cuz it will really help with the swelling n brusing if u need to recover fast. Mayb u like to add some vit c as well.
Think most impt is dat u need to prepare for wat is to come after the surgery cuz u will definitely look BAD.. so just have to be patient during the recovery process before the final results sets in.

Also, u may wana be more prepared on the qns u gonna ask as consultation time is quite limited due to his bz schedule.

Good luck :)

Tan-Teoh Clinic & Surgery charge quite cheap for botox, if i'm not wrong is only for $400. But not sure which brand of botox they are using, you can go there and look for Dr Tan Chai Lee. Tel :6299-2292

Has anyone done lateral canthoplasty or know anything about it? I keep hearing from some doctors that it doesn't really make a change on the eyes.

Thanks!

Hi!

Thanks for well-wishes! :-)

Juz an update of my procedures were done with Dr Jung yesterday.

1. Nose -augmented and lengthened
2. Autologous fat transplant to forehead and temple.
3. Brow Lift
4. Scar removal
5. Removal of red veins

Basically, I think I had a good deal. I paid full price for nose (USD4K) ad half price for autologous fat transplant and brow lift. Dr Jung kindly do scar and red veins removals for free.

Kinda disappointed cos my ear and inner nose cartilage not enuf and then I dun wanna use rib cartilage. So in the end I was persuaded to use Goretex  NOT Dr. Jung's fault cos my choice material is limited.

Anyway, he used inner nose cartilage and donor's cartilage with Goretex to extend my nose and he also never charge me extra for donors cartilage.

I slept in their clinic last night and did not get a space to the apartment upstairs. His Korean receptionists hv a mind of their own.... But ok lah, they are quite nice.

Also, I dun mind at all cos I wanted to stay near the clinic so being IN the clinic is good. Last night, I just go to n fro to their fridge to take sets of 3 cold press everytime. This morning the recep bot me breakfast so I think it is better than hotel woh.... :P

Today even tho I look like a pig head, they say day 2 is the max of swelling and compare to other patients, I m doing better. I hope so lah....

There is a Taiwan understudy doc Dr Zhou here who is VERY kind. He talked to me the whole time n took care of all my needs. Most impt is that he communicated with Dr. Jung to address all my wishes.

Dr Zhou said on op table another understudy, a Korean doc, was saying my face texture like 10 rs older than my age (How can? My skin so good!!! Strangers always comment I look 5 yrs younger than actual... Urghhh! But Dr Zhou said Koreans hv high std and in Dr. Jung's clinic they see mostly young 20s Korean girls) Anyway... Dr Jung said there and then that I will look 10 years young after fat transplant and the nose job.

All in all, I think I hv been all the way lucky and been treated very well. E.g. Summer here is low season and Dr. Jung does not operate on Thursdays. But he did it for me yesterday and at the auspicious time which I chose. So nice!!!

(BTW, anyone going to Dr. Jung during Summer is best to choose Thruday. 1. he has much more time for consulting. VERY impt to communicate yr issues. 2. if he agrees to operate on you, you will be his only patient for op thus ALL attention and time is on you.)

Trying hard to fight my smoking urge. Think I may just quit once and for all.....owe it to myself to look good mah!

kind rgds,
dmn
