Social Football/Badminton/Rock Climbing reccomends?

Hi Peeps,

I'm new 30 something guy in town from UK via HK and having been in SG a few months I need to a) meet people and b) get fitter.. So on that note does anyone have any recommendations on how I can do this, are their any clubs I can join as a complete novice / or generally rubbish at football, rock climbing of badminton? I'm not sure where to start so I'm starting here.. and actually open to any other suggestions,
