I am looking for a recommendation of some contractor to do office renovation work. Small office, a few partition walls to be raised, a few demolished, flooring to be done, some repairs of false ceiling boards. Basically a small office to be moved to a new location.
Can somebody please (preferably a regular of this board) recommend someone?

Is this to restore the office to its original state as you received it?
I was under the impression that you have to leave the office/building as you received it.
So what goes up , must come down and what was removed must be put back.

It's about moving an office to another location so it's both: restoring the old one and adapting the new.
A small office, <700sqf.

i've last used him... in early 2016 to move out from and restore my former office when my tenancy ended.
William 9150 1952
he may or may not still be nursing a bad back, but his rates are good and he's always treated me fairly.
he might be your man if 1. you don't mind talking loudly to him/repeating your instructions (he's not a pensioner but he's gone a bit deaf from renovation works without H&S) and can 2. give him clear instructions.
