Actually that is a really good mix. Isn't it hard to employ Singaporeans?

I have a company to and though we really want to hire Singaporeans no one wants to do the job that we require.

But honestly It's easier to hirer "foreign talents" to work than Singaporeans. Working hours and pay wise. But just the quota really hard to meet.

I really think it depends on which approving officer handles the case as PR applications are so subjective in nature. No hard and fix rule to determine if an application should be approved or rejected. Good luck man
