EP/S pass application - Declaration part 8

Post by karthik Laksh » Tue, 15 Aug 2017 4:31 pm

Dear Forum,

My EP/S pass have been rejected everytime, After appeal process of 1 month it has been approved.
But this time appeal is taking more than a month.

I had a incidednt that I have been in saudi arabia for my Previous (singapore) employer business trip,
During that time i had a few days overstay during my visa renewal process. It leads refused entry to saudi arabia for future trip.

So during my pass EP/S pass application, i had been declaring that in the declaration part 8,
"Have you ever been refused entry into or deported from any other country" as YES, and has given the details about the above refused entry/deported.
Details:

"Delays in visa extention process caused my overstay in kingdom of saudi Arabia for few days during the last visit
while woring in nuvista technilogies pte ltd. This led to the refusal of my future entry to saudi arabia on 2011."

So every time of my pass application ( totaly 4 times for the last 7 years), it will immediately rejected, and during appeal with supporting documents it has been getting approved.
But while approved i got the IPAs which states that "Have you ever been refused entry into or deported from any other country- NO".

My question is, henceforth can i declare that in my EP/S pass application is NO for the above and atatch the previous empolyer approved IPA copy, so that i can avoid of my Pass rejection and unnecessarily leads for appeal.

Now my S pass still pending for appeal, and now the employer do not have interest to wait for my appeal result, and they keen to take other candidates.

Please advice solutions / sugesstions for my above problem.
Thanks,
Karthik.

I'd be more concerned if 'woring' is interpreted as 'working' or 'whoring'....

Joking aside, others more learned will be able to contribute a more productive response
