Hi,
I am currently investing 1.2 million SGD through a local bank. A few days earlier, my RM called me and she is leaving the bank to join a new investment company that her ex-boss had set up a couple of years ago. So far, I have been quite satisfied her advice and performance of products that I had bought. Actually I was planning to keep investing through her for the long term regardless the short term market condition.
The minimum to open an account in her new company is 2 million SGD so I can't. As soon as she leaves, another person will take and manage my account but I am not so comfortable to keep leaving my money to a new one.
Is there anybody who has a similar experience and may I have opinions what should I do when I have a new RM or any advice on IFA here?

If you like your existing RM and you want to go with her I'm sure she can get a waiver on the $2MM limit.nikah wrote:Hi,

I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

or if she really valued him as a client, not just as a cash cow ...PNGMK wrote: If you like your existing RM and you want to go with her I'm sure she can get a waiver on the $2MM limit.

I know few RMs who ditched non productive customers when they jump ship. Even with million + in their care. .. Though they been saying otherwise. ..
