Is it possible to convert to Islam and bring in extra wives on an LTVP
Is it possible to convert to Islam and bring in extra wives on an LTVP
As far as I can recall MUIS allows polygamy is the first wife agrees and you earn more than $6000 (per wife?). IF a PR or SC were a muslim man and married a muslim women foreigner could they sponsor the foreign second wife on an LTVP successfully (putting all other LTVP issues aside?). Asking for a friend.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

I would expect the answer is yes.

If they approve it locally, it would be a bit illogical to refuse LTVP.
But I would expect at the same time, MUIS will have a say.

When it comes to ROM or ROMM, the applicants MUST sign a form saying they agree Marriage in Singapore does not entitle the couple to any residency status.x9200 wrote:I would expect the answer is yes.
