PR approved after 7 months!

Post by acmk » Mon, 31 Jul 2017 7:54 pm

I am overjoyed to share that the PR approval letter for myself + my daughters arrived today! We applied on 31 December 2016, and waited exactly 7 months to finally get a thick envelope in our mailbox! :D

Brief profile:
- Single mother, aged 30+, with 2 young daughters living with me in SG
- Malaysian Chinese
- Annual salary >150k
- Bachelors and Masters from reputable overseas universities, + professional qualification
- Working in SG 5 months when application was submitted
- Studied in SG for 10 years as a child, sibling is Singaporean, many family members in SG (citizens, PRs and on work passes)

All the best to everyone who is waiting!

Congratulations. But It looks like it was a shoe-in. Nothing like ticking ALL the boxes in your favour. Again, Congrats! :D
