sweating during work out

Post by embarrassed » Sat, 12 Feb 2005 4:32 pm

When I exercise hard, I start to sweat and smell - in the bikini area...
I find it very embarassing (I am very sensitive about smells).
How to help /stop it?
Before sports, I take a shower and apply antiperspirant roll-on and spray in the bikini area. That helps.
Any other ideas?

Huh? You are supposed to sweat when you work out -- if you don't, you are doing something wrong! Everybody else in gym (or on the jogging trail) is sweating too, so don't worry, just take a shower afterwards.

:) I know I know... :)

My Dear,

It probably would not be healthy if you do not allow your body to perspire as it should during a healthy workout. Do your body a service and allow it to perform as it should. To be honest, no one else is really going to care if you perspire during a workout.

You should be sweating

Yap, that's right. You should be perspire while doing work outs And who don't smells? Antiperspirant roll-on is very un-healthy and bad to your body, pls try not to use it. It will only cause cancer as it stops you from sweating. Don't worry, I always sweat and smells after my cardio lessons n work outs. I even hug my buddies after that. They're more smelly than me. But we never mind.
