I think you'd have to appeal to a minister for this. The TB ban is law and as such only a minister can over ride it. Frankly I would simply enjoy your good health and not worry about Singapore in your future.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

you may be oversimplifying things. do you have any other health problems?

how/who declared you are "cure from your TB"?

did you default on any treatment?

do you have a series of further (but recent) evidence of your good health?

how did you "appeal 3x to release your ban"?

you may be oversimplifying things. do you have any other health problems? === nope

did you default on any treatment? == nope

do you have a series of further (but recent) evidence of your good health? ==== yes, health declaration

how did you "appeal 3x to release your ban"?[/quote] === denied

this is my concern : my doctor is a reputable doctor. how come singapore immigration not acknowledge her ??? strange

You need a declaration from a doctor recognized by Singapore - normally a doctor or specialist in a Singapore Govt Hospital. Ring and ask these people for advise:

There's no point in getting a declaration from an Indo doctor.

Work on getting a health basis visa (STVP) from Singapore High Comm on the basis of having consultation at TTSH.
