Expat Post Graduate Doctors

Post by vgcsekar » Sun, 16 Jul 2017 11:44 am

Hi

I know a friend of mine who is currently doing her PG in India. She has done her MBBS in India from a college that does not figure in the Second schedule of MRA. But the college where she is doing her PG figures in the Second Schedule. She would be competing her course shortly.

The question is whether she is eligible to work in Singapore. Does she have to register under Specialist category with Specialist Accreditation Board? If so, whether it would create a problem in her having obtained basic MBBS from a non-accredited institution.

Can someone throw light on this?

Chandra
