Where do you buy cat food and litter in Singapore ?

Any pet shop. As far as litter you can find all you want around mall bus stops early in the morning before the cleaners get there.

Litter will be sold in pet shops as well.

A friend grooms dogs, she was advertising pee pads for puppies ..
