[Urgent]:What all I need to carry for visiting US with B1/B2 visa

I am Indian working in Singapore. I have to go for 2 weeks training to the US. I already have B1/B2 visa ( got while working in my last company in India). What other documents I need to enter in the US. Please suggest its urgent !!

Like Birth Certificate all all stuff ? I don't know man, if you aren't subject to 'secondary screening' you need not fret much.
