We have been staying in here closed to 11yrs. My eldest son 15yrs old now, started from K1 IN here. My youngest 11yrs and half spending almost his life in here.

They currently for about 3yrs both of my son studying at Internationl School, previously both was study in our government school.

In initial years we came and applied for PR. Lucky we got, but hesitate and rejected both our sons PR in consideration maybe will return to homeland. So only me and my husband took the PR and boys so far holding student pass.

Too long away from homeland, and feel very comfortable and familiar with cultures in here, considering Singapore is best place for boys to serve army in future.

Any possibility our son to accept be PR in here? Thank you for the advises

Just apply for them under your (or whoever was the main PR applicant) sponsorship and you stand a chance.
I am surprised you had no problems with REPs renewals, as what you did is normally seen as typical for the parents trying to avoid NS for their sons.

Since 2010, they have not been giving many approvals for the children of PRs of certain nationalities (MY chinese excluded). That said, there is still a chance of approval. You can also apply directly for citizenship with your children if your intention is to settle permanently in Singapore.
