Can I know whether I can immediately u-turn to singapore after my work permit cancel? As what I know after work permit cancel, I can only stay in Singapore for 1week with special pass. Then, I need to exit Singapore. Can I enter to Singapore again on the same day that I exit Singapore? Or do I need to stay in Malaysia for awhile?

It is always recommended to stay out of Singapore for more than a day, if you want to be safe. Immediate return may raise suspicion of the ICA folks for doing Visa Runs !
