Any Comments on Teaching at I Can Read?

A family member who graduated recently from college in the U.S. has been offered a full-time job teaching English for I Can Read in Singapore. Employee reviews posted online are mixed to scathing. Any recent experience/opinions regarding employment there would be much appreciated. It's OK if the consensus is that this is a good short-term learning experience for someone just starting out professionally, but a number of reviews by former employees are highly critical of the working conditions and management. Thanks!

Come across this. Quite interesting, had exact number of PRs granted citizenship for past 3 yrs and the quote is est 83% of yearly citizenship...
