Epicanthoplasty and double eyelid procedures in singapore

im thinking of creating double eyelid operations in singapore that is scarless, anyone has done before and share?
another procedure i am interested, though i am not sure if it is done separately or concurrently is epicanthoplasty.

I read that both epicanthoplasty and double eyelid surgery are professionally conducted in both korea and singapore, and its a big no-no in thailand where the standards and qualifications are not so high.
is that true?

I will probably stick to singapore if the procedure can be done fast so that I do not need to fly to korea... haha
