Looking for condominium in Singapore

Post by lbuck101 » Thu, 15 Jun 2017 12:19 pm

Hello everyone, honestly I'm looking for a condominium in Singapore with following criteria: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, can cook inside, gym is inside the building, budget maximum 3,000/month, stay in Central area.

The reason why I ask here because I hopefully reach anyone who have experiences in this. I did look at many websites but they are not really trusted and I have no idea how to contact the landlord/tenants or agency. Please help. Thank you all.

P/S: please let me know if I post in wrong topic so that I can make amendments, thanks Admin.

This website (Singapore Expats) is a real estate funded website. Check out some of the offerings on this website, at least as a starting place.

stamp duty, insurance, condo maintenance fees (and maybe a top up if it's a small/improperly ran estate).

the following may or may not cost you: petty neighbors, management committee members with too much time on their hands, dog turds, cat turds, baby turds, and turds that don't know how to properly park their cars.
