Hello,
I am not well aware of few things about Singapore Citizenship application, hence pitching in my questions to seek answers from well informed forum members here. Thanks in advance.!!
My profile : I am in Singapore since Mar 2007. Got PR since March 2008. My current monthly salary is 7.6k/month with annual ~100K. I am engineering graduate . As well, I did masters from NTU in 2011. Race. Indian. Age 35. No property here. Only CPF since 2008.
Application :
1st time : Applied for SC application in March 2014 . Got rejected by end of 2014. Appealed for re-consideration in mid 2015. Got rejected.
2nd time: Applied 2nd time in 2016 March as Single applicant. Got date in Dec 2016. Now waiting for outcome. more than 6 months already.
1) I have got married during this time. I am going to apply LTVP for my wife and going to inform SC department about my change in marital status. How could this impact my outcome? My wife being Software professional but would be initially unemployed in Singapore.
2) I am going to start trading business soon part-time while I am working. I am planning to register a company soon. How could this impact my outcome?
3) Any other important point considering for Indian First gen PR( relocated from India) wishing to convert to Singapore citizen ?
Thanks in adv!!

- No impact on outcome

- Unless you make lots of money and pay taxes for it, no impact

You have stayed here long enough and will have a decent chance.

Why? What did he turn back into? Or don't you know the proper usage of the word revert.

SOME PEOPLE TRY TO TURN BACK THEIR ODOMETERS. NOT ME. I WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW WHY I LOOK THIS WAY. I'VE TRAVELED A LONG WAY, AND SOME OF THE ROADS WEREN'T PAVED. ~ Will Rogers
