Searching for psychiatry jobs in Singapore

Hi all,
Does anyone know where the best places are to start looking for a mental health job in Singapore, before and after arriving? My partner will be relocated there through his work. I'm a UK psychiatry registrar and would be interested in any work within that field (I've just been enjoying a non-clinical posting, but understand that teaching/management/research posts may be tricky to find). From other forums, it looks like I'll be working on a temporary registration therefore may need to be posted within gov services, which I would manage.
