Looking for housemate to team up on awesome condo

Hi,

I am early 30's British guy moving to Singapore in Mid-July. I am doing an intra company transfer from london and will be looking for a condo around then. I am hoping to team up with 1 or maybe even 2 housemates to share an awesome condo. My budget is around 2-2.5k per month and i would like to find somewhere over the magic 4k a month mark (in order to save on reality agent fees - anything over 4K the landlord generally pays). I am fairly flexible on area though the closest to the CBD the better. Looking for a 3-4 bed place, with pool, tennis courts, gym etc. I am new to singapore so looking for a socialble guy or girl to share a place with and also maybe have the odd beer or two.
