PR form

Post by pokecomepokego » Wed, 10 May 2017 8:24 pm

Hello,

I have some questions would like to ask:

For form 4A, do I filled in N.A. for all columns in part B (spouse) and part C (children) if I am Single? OR just leave it blank?

For EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, do I write in Chronological Order too?

THX
