Hi all,
I am a new worker in Singapore, and I am from Malaysia. I actually got a job offer from a Singapore company, and my EP application was approved since 14 March 2017. I then started to work on 17 April 2017, and proceed with the EP pass application a week after I join the company (after medical checkup and online registration with MoM). However, I eventually found myself is not suitable to work in that particular company, so I tender my resignation during the period my EP pass is in progress. The day MoM deliver the EP pass to my company, is the day that I end my service with that particular company. Therefore, cancellation of the EP pass is then proceed by the company on the next day.
I am afraid that my next EP application will be prohibited or ban by MoM (or in the future). Will I have a bad record and will MoM not issuing any EP for me in the future anymore?
Anyone has any idea regarding this issue? Thanks.
