Any restrictions on Game Console/Computers?

Post by camberiu » Mon, 08 May 2017 3:51 am

Sorry if it is a dumb question, but some countries do heavily tax this type of stuff or impose import restrictions on it, so I want to be sure.

I am moving to Singapore from the US and since my employer is paying for the relocation, I want to take advantage of that. I will be bringing:

1 PS3 Console
1 Original Xbox (the first type)
1 Xbox 360
1 Nvidia Shield TV
1 Mid tower gaming PC
All respective media disks for the consoles in question.

Are there any import restrictions on those? They are all used and look like it.
Thanks in advance.

PS: I am aware that TVs in Singapore are PAL and the US consoles are NTSC, but my understanding is for HDMI, it does not matter.

You mentioned they looked used so I'm pretty sure there will be no issues. But do take note of the voltage differences if any... when i brought my ps3 over from the states i had to buy a transformer...
