Cabin Crew interview help

Hello! I had been to atleast 7 cabin crew interview and I just keep failing

I dont know whats wrong... Had been to SilkAir for the 4th time this time and I always failed on the first round group interview, I dont know what did I said wrongly? Or i am just unpleasant to the interviewers ?

Any tips? Because I am so dejected after getting booted out by SilkAir interview (AGAIN)
And some more I am basically jobless currently too
