EP for ex-PR and CPF Withdrawn

Post by Munkeong » Sun, 23 Apr 2017 5:44 pm

Hi,

What is the possibility of obtaining an EP for someone whose PR was renounced (by ICA) due to long absence from Singapore?

Thanks for any response.

Where are you from and when did your PR get cancelled?

If you withdrew your CPF I believe it is harder but that is purely anecdotal.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

It is not impossible to return with an EP or SPASS even after renouncing PR and withdrawing CPF.
