End of tenancy agreement

Post by timtomtomek » Wed, 05 Apr 2017 8:31 pm

Hello,

I am on 1 year tenancy agreement, which ends in 2 months time.
Do I need to give a notice to the landlord that I am moving out at the end of lease ?
That seems to be obvious that I do not need to do anything, just move out after 12 monts (that is the case in Europe), I believe it is the same here, right ?

Thank you very much for an answer.

Give notice ASAP. It's polite but also gives you some idea of the likliehood of issues getting your deposit bac.
