walk, to go gym, eat a lot of vegetables. I think these actions effective for your weight loss and good for your health.

A pretty reputable “boot camp” style weight loss program is the F45 training program. They do group circuit training over 45 minute sessions. The instructors are known to be supportive and knowledgeable with a similarly positive environment. I’ve never tried it personally, but many of my friends have and have given great reviews.

I take up replacement meal and I have lose 9KG in 55 days so far. Visceral fat dropped 4 body fat dropped 6.5%. :D :D
