Do I need to fill Form 4 for my Wife and Each of my Kids?

Hi,
I am working in Singapore on EP and applying for PR with my whole family. I have a dumb question, any help with that is much appreciated. My question is:

Do I need to fill form 4 for my Wife and each of my kids separately? I have searched internet and could not find any answer to the question.

e.g. If i have 2 kids, do I need to fill the forms as below?

- Form 4A: 1 Copy for on my behalf
- Form 4: 1 Copy for my wife
- Form 4: 1 Copy for my first kid
- Form 4: 1 Copy for my second kid

My understanding is that I only need to fill Form 4A with complete details of my family and who is applying with me.

Fill Form 4A with all your family details and in the same form indicate if they are applying for PR with you.
