I am an IT professional currently working in India in a MNC since last 3 years. This is my first job after graduation. I have a job offer from a singapore based firm.

Will I need an experience letter for EP processing? My company issues experience letter only when a person leaves the company.

I have collected a letter of reference from my company stating the period of my employment. But I do not have a experience letter mentioning all the technical details of my job.

What are the chances of getting an EP without experience letter?

Odds should be good -- I don't think they require such details from previous job, the EP is mainly about what you will be doing in Sg.
