Hi All,
Does anyone have filled up sample Form 4A for PR?
I'm not able to find that. On Employment Period (Page 2) I have more than 10 companies to fill up & it will exceed given space.
How to manage this? If u have more information page wise. Can we add additional page with sign on that?
Is it better to go with PDF Editor filled up form?
It will help to go with Consultants for this?

Why you need a sample? Its pretty straight forward.

If you jump from 1 to another company every 6 months why you even bother to enclose them. Just put the last 3 jobs will be ok. However, You can add additional page if you feel those experiences with the 10 companies will make your profile stronger. IMO.

Yes, This is the best. Try to avoid handwriting, I have seen few of my friends got a rejection because of handwrite applications recently. Although its not a main factor of rejection, but well, I think its about a first impression to the officer who do the review on how well you prepare this.

No. Unless you really have no clue where to put all your details in the application form.

That has to be the stupidest answer that I've ever seen. If they 'wanted' typed applications for filing online they would have used forms with fillable fields so you would not have to go and find a PDF application with editable functions. It's the content that matters. Garbage in - garbage out. Doesn't matter if it's typed or handwritten. In 34 years here I've never seen a rejection where it even remotely alluded to one's handwriting as being a reason. So, NO it doesn't stand to reason except maybe in the mind of someone without too much common sense. If handwriting were a factor, Doctors would have a bit of a problem wouldn't they.

And none of the EPs/PR forms I applied for in my previous work place would have been approved if hand writing was a key criteria

yes, during the days when passes were applied for using paper forms...
